On the wedding day itself, we sent her a list of all the loose ends that needed attention--and she made sure every single one was handled. She has a natural sense for when to step in and when to let us enjoy the moment. We truly felt like a team, with her as the quarterback keeping everything coordinated. Her attention to detail was remarkable. My only complaint is that they provide only disposable plates and utensils--and not the classy kind. So we had to rent some. Oh, well: $12 a head for food that good is still pretty dang good.

Elizabeth even offered that they have a person who will come to your home and help fluff & puff it before the party. (I did not use that service but wanted to share the option). This left me concerned about eating the other items in the box given potential contamination. The second box lunch was a chicken Caesar salad. Upon tasting the chicken before putting on the dressing, I realized how incredibly sour it tasted. It was also quite slimy. A coworker who has a culinary background tasted it and mentioned the sour flavor was a big sign of spoilage. I've sadly been left very disappointed with both boxes given these issues. I will note that the actual Caesar dressing, their bread rolls, and their croutons are yummy. If my company orders from Ingallina's again, I will opt to bring my own lunch from home.
