Georgio's has wowed my entire team. The entire experience from my initial discussion and proposal with Lindsey on a short notice request to cater for 28 people to the excellent communication about arrival and set-up, the amazing set up team, beautiful presentation and absolutely delicious fajita bar and dessert shots. Everything was perfect and beyond. Everyone was raving about the flavorful spread from perfectly cooked carne asada and chicken, grilled mushroom/potato/corn for our vegetarians, rice and black beans, fresh salad with tasty dressing options, delicious guacamole, salsa, and more. The staff was polite, professional and incredibly thoughtful. They even supplied to go containers for leftovers. My words cannot express how wonderful the entire experience has been. Went to an event they cratered and was very impressed. The Presentation, quality and quantity was surprisingly impressive for a taco buffet. Even as simple as the salad/lettuce looked very fresh and nicely laid out...not just a bag of lettuce. The carne asada was very tender and flavorful. They made a taco menu absolutely memorable, ...street corn salad...I've never gone to any event that had that. The experience left me wanting to go to another event they are catering. read more

Today, our company celebrates 20th anniversary and our company chose Georgio's catering co. to cater lunch today. The food was wonderful. Especially brisket was so tender and juicy and chicken was cooked beautifully too. Everything on my plate tasted amazing. The staff was attentive, kind and nice too. I couldn't be happier with my decision to choose Georgio's Catering for my daughter's engagement party. Angie and Zo came to my home to discuss menu choices and service options; they were so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The evening was a huge success and I was able to enjoy myself totally. Zo and Derrick were fantastic; they served, kept the platters full and cleaned up (even took out the garbage and recycling!). Georgio's catered our outdoor anniversary celebration. They were on time and dressed in uniform. The set up and tear down of the buffet was smooth. They were attentive and courteous. Do yourself a favor and work with this amazing company. -Customer Service: Angie and her team are incredible, flexible and genuinely love what they do. She answers emails, and those of you looking to hire a caterer know how amazing this is!! -Affordable: Know your budget, communicate that budget, be open minded and you'll have an amazing meal. I was thrilled by the quality of food offered at the price we paid. -YUMMMMMM: You're hiring a caterer, the food has to be good and OMG is this food good. Ask about the bacon wrapped bread sticks (you. are. welcome.) My guests still talk about how they went back for more greens. They loved the honey butter and the fact that there were real pickles in the potato salad. The tasting session was a blast and we couldn't be more pleased with how delicious our meal was! They went above and beyond: We had vegans at my wedding. They ate!! And, we had a special request to have cider available -- they totally made it work. So, what did we serve? Bacon wrapped bread sticks, chicken & waffle bites, tomato cristini Smoked chicken hind-quarters, smoked brisket, corn bread w/honey butter, green salad, potato salad, bacon braised greens. Wine and Beer service I get it -- hiring a caterer is A LOT of work. You probably feel out of your comfort zone. Angie will answer your questions-- she will also ask you questions in a way that will help you better communicate what you want and can afford. If I could give Angie and her team seven stars, I would. They were professional and patient and genuinely kind every step of the way, especially considering we had to satisfy gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian diets. Our Washington, DC-based national nonprofit held a conference in Tacoma. Planning a conference on the other side of the country is difficult, and selecting a caterer really relies on guesswork--but we couldn't have made a better decision. Angie and her team fed us breakfast and lunch two days in a row (I wish they'd fed us dinner, but we needed to get out beyond the four walls of our conference space!). Each meal was delicious and impeccably prepared and presented. The "southwest style" breakfast on day 1 was hearty yet not too heavy and incredibly flavorful--our attendees filled their plates and went back for seconds. Imagine their surprise when we served authentic Thai green curry for lunch! The conference attendees in the space next to ours looked on with envy (heh). That day, our attendant, Chase, was so incredibly attentive and sweet. On day 2, our attendant, Randy, drove back to Georgio's TWICE (without giving it a thought) to get more yogurt and then hard boiled eggs when I worried we didn't have sufficient protein offerings. He dealt with my anxieties like a true professional, and even shared his personal cell phone. Even the boxed lunches that day were delicious, with sandwiches the size of my head and aromatic cookies that had me wanting more. THANK YOU, GEORGIO'S! Now you just need to come to DC. :) read more
