They gave us a very fair price, they showed up 30 minutes ahead of schedule, they had beautiful, polished stainless warmers, Kelly served the food, she was so professional and so personable, and she even went around to the tables and cleaned up, offered drinks, and chatted with the guests. She really made our party an amazing event and made everything so easy on us, all we had to do was show up. The food was AMAZING!!!! It was advertised as chuck eye, but the meat I received was very lean and dry, lacking the tenderness and richness I'd expect from that cut. Based on this meal, I wouldn't order the French dip again. The fries were the highlight of the plate, but the sandwich wasn't worth the price.

He said to include them in the final count and email him before the event with the number of vegetarians and to let the vegetarians know to request them from the servers, as if they put them out on the buffet everyone will eat them. We did this and he responded to the email with the final invoice which we paid before the event. Day of the wedding we find out at the end of the meal our vegetarians asked about the mushrooms and they were told it wasn't on the invoice and we never paid for it. Absolutely embarrassing and extremely unprofessional. Now our guests think we didn't do anything for them and it was our mistake. We did pay for them and was told they'd have mushrooms instead. Reached out to voice my disappointment vs going to a review and his response was my cordinator should have noticed it wasn't on the invoice (i told her this is how he wanted it done and that's why they weren't there) and he also mentioned the food that was there turned out good as if that was supposed to fix everything. They are too busy opening up their new restaurant and don't care about you. Don't trust them for your big event!
