We hired Melissa as our day-of coordinator for our wedding this past September and it was one of the best decisions we made! Melissa was super friendly and it was comfortable talking with her from Day 1. She took the time to get to know us as a couple, ask details about our lives, and wanted to know what we envisioned for our wedding. Melissa was so thorough, easy to get a hold of (you know, when you have a question at 2am and need to send an email?), and I had every confidence that she had every detail covered. Our wedding would probably have been a disaster without Melissa and Brightside Events. Or at the very least, we would have been disasters without her! Not only was our day totally seamless with her running the show, but she gave us many excellent suggestions and helped us make a great floorplan with our venue manager. Melissa was so easy to work with, she's so freaking talented and makes it all look so easy and fun! Though she was our day-of coordinator, Melissa still met with us twice in person in the weeks before, plus did a venue walkthrough with us, and she put hours and hours of work into coordinating our vendors and giving everyone the schedule to follow for the day.
