They were stressed, were challenged to keep food on the buffet after half the attendees went through, were yelling loudly from the buffet line as guests were wincing and turning an ear away, and just a bit too abrupt for a wedding environment. None of the food overly impressed me, although some was decent, like the salmon. What appeared to be bbq chicken was so over cooked, I couldn't get it down with a glass of water.
