I have to mention that she participated in other activities that we had planned as well. She played with the kids during the sled races, sang" happy birthday" to the birthday girl, and played pin the nose on Olaf. Then, at the end of the party Autographs were signed and handed out. I branched out of my comfort zone and did some different techniques, including sponges, and I'm so happy with how they turned out! One negative review made her sound pushy and intrusive, but that wasn't our experience at all! She let us do our own thing and then was happy to give us advice when we asked. Also, when I was in the back washing my hands, she showed me some of the other customers recently finished pieces and spoke about then so lovingly, "They all have a story!" she gushed. I got the impression that she loves this studio, her customers, and the art that gets created here. Finally, the studio is a lovely space! Lots of windows, art work on the walls, painted pottery examples all around, and free parking in the back!
