The ladies co-ordinated with the event location and when I walked up the stairs to the event space I was dumbfounded (in a good way!). The tables were set with festive settings and were right within the theme of the evening. To make matters even better they planned games/contests which resulted in small gifts for the winners. Everyone walked away with something to mark the evening but the lasting memory will be an event that was efficiently run, very entertaining and well timed. There was none of those awkward moments where everyone is sitting around staring at each other. I learned a valuable lesson that I should stick with what I know best (running my business) and let the pro's at Elite handle my corporate functions. It was far easier on me personally and also resulted in a great corporate event that in no way would I the bandwidth to plan. Bravo ladies!

I have been fortunate enough to call Sarah one of my closest friends for many years. When we announced our engagement she was so excited to help plan my big day! I always new Sarah was amazing at what she does. I've seen tons of beautiful photos, heard her speak of her career with pride and enthusiasm, met her past bride's who have become her friends, and read many wonderful reviews on her company. However, I don't think I fully understood and appreciated the talent that this passion of hers requires, until it was my turn to have her by my side. I am so fortunate to know and love such an amazing person both personally and now professionally. She was there whenever I needed her. She answered questions via text, email, and even over the phone, on top of our scheduled meetings. She helped me set a realistic budget and then found me incredible vendors with in my price range. I have always over thought things and tend to revisit the same decisions over and over until I am comfortable with them. Sarah never made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. She was able to help me envision everything. I came over one night and she had set up a mock table of my place settings and center pieces, just so I could see how it would all look. She helped me choose song ideas in areas I was struggling. She asked questions about details that I would have never even considered which made sure everything ran smoothly. As the date got closer, she again went over our vendor contracts and then contacted them to figure out details for the day of. Knowing that Sarah was taking care of the final details allowed me to relax and visit with family and friends who were here from out of town. She worked so hard to put together a very detailed day of timeline. This timeline was wonderful, it allowed me and everyone else involved to see how everything would flow. We rented a lot of our décor pieces from her rental inventory. Her eye for design made everything more beautiful than I could have imagined. Everything came together perfectly, our venues were decorated absolutely gorgeous. She helped execute my vision in the most spectacular way possible. Amber was there every step of the way, handled everything seamlessly, and went above and beyond to ensure we ended up having the best wedding. When we were first interviewing wedding planners after we had gotten engaged (2018), Amber came extremely prepared with examples of her work and sample files of how she plans/executes weddings. She was head and shoulders above anyone else we interviewed and we immediately knew she was the one. During the planning process, Amber was always there to answer my endless amount of questions and help me with my extreme indecisiveness. She is very organized and kept us on track for all things for our wedding (both financially and timeline-wise). She is very honest and all her recommendations for vendors were the absolute best/you couldn't go wrong with any of them. We were able to put our full trust in her very early on. When it came to design, Amber is very creative and has a great eye for everything. We had a very unconventional vision to capture the surreal vibe inspired by a horror movie called Annihilation (very colorful florals that don't exist in real-life and kind of have a weird/creepy vibe about them) and Amber was completely on board. We also added the extra complication of having so many different hanging installations for the florals and the lighting (a big disco ball installation with chandeliers) . She recommended the vendors that she thought would go best with our vision and we really ended up with the ultimate dream team. When finalizing design, I had a couple reservations about some of her color choices, but we ended up going with it and it couldn't have been more perfect. She is truly an expert! With the pandemic, she seamlessly handled coordinating with our vendors and was completely there for us even though she had the busiest wedding season of all time this past summer (2 wedding seasons in 1). We are truly grateful for all the work she had put in when her bandwidth was spread as thin as it was. In our final coordination meetings with all our vendors leading up to our wedding day, she really showcased her expertise by asking all the right questions to ensure everyone was prepared to have things running smoothly the day of. Without this, we honestly would have missed so many things and not have been able to enjoy our wedding day ourselves. Fast forward to our wedding day, her day of coordination was impeccable. I was relaxed the entire day and knew I could trust her with everything. We fully enjoyed our entire wedding day/night and were able to eat and party without any concerns. With the amount of coordination that was required from the many different vendors and the countless amount of installations that had be installed that day (lighting, SO many floral installations, etc.), it truly was executed perfectly. In terms of design, she was able to help me form a vision and bring it to life in a way that was even better than I imagined!! I cried when I saw the final florals for our wedding!! Outside of her impeccable taste, Tamara and her team are a delight to work with. They communicated directly with many of our vendors and kept everything organized, allowing me and my partner to actually enjoy wedding planning! In fact, we miss it and working with Tamara!! On the weekend of my wedding, Tamara and her team dealt with everything and I was fully able to relax and enjoy the event. They set up the ceremony, coordinated vendors and even cleaned up!
