David from Greenroom Decor was nothing short of amazing! I had the pleasure of collaborating on a…read morerecent wedding together, and the outcome was perfection. The bride and I wanted to create a classy lounge/club vibe at her wedding, and David helped make this vision into reality while also making it even better with great lighting and draping suggestions, etc. I would definitely say the decor made the wedding that much more fabulous. After the event the venue's staff was even raving about how great the wedding was, and that the lounge set up was the best they have seen. I had so many guests come up to me throughout the night saying how it is the best wedding they have been to. I enjoyed working together with David, and he is now my go to vendor for decor and furniture rentals. I will highly recommend him to all and any bride that is looking for that special decor touch on their special day. Thanks David you are spectacular! Looking forward to working together again soon!

Voila, chairs set up exactly as expected, on time, and they made a huge difference in the overall look of the venue. I am getting married this summer and was looking around at a few different chair cover companies to…read morecompare their prices. I found this company's website and saw that they had the prices listed for the covers and the sashes, but you need to fill out an inquiry for a quote on delivery charge. I did this as well as emailing the email address listed on their "Contact" page on JANUARY 31st. As you can see in the attached screenshot, I am just now getting a response back on MARCH 14th. This is SIX weeks for an answer to a very simple question. Turns out they don't even deliver to my venue so that should have been an even more straight forward answer to figure out. Georgia does apologize for the delay in her response, and I am generally very understanding, but I feel that six weeks is just too much. At that point, she may as well not respond at all, wedding planning is a very busy season and no one has 6 weeks to wait on info before making a decision. If it had been a genuine mistake, oversight, or unusual circumstances that she felt guilty about then she would have responded saying they will be offering a discount for wasting my time or something along those lines. But the fact that SIX WEEKS was just shrugged off as a normality shows that this company is seriously lacking in their communication and/or organizational skills. Neither of which I want to deal with when planning something as stressful as a wedding. From my experience in researching and communicating with chair cover rental companies, I would definitely recommend L & M Chair Covers. Every time I reached out, Lizz was extremely timely and helpful. She went above and beyond by offering her personal cell number for more convenient communication, texting me back even while she was on vacation to send pictures from past events so I could see the exact fit of her covers on the type of chair my venue has. She also seems very flexible about pricing. She offered a 0.30 discount per item, and free delivery charge. This may not seem significant but it definitely adds up! She also offered to mail me a small sash sample so I could see the color in person. When trying to plan color schemes with only seeing everything online this is such an awesome option. (I'm not affiliated with this company in any way- just a bride who definitely could have used this info before spending hours searching around).
