I personally did not have a good experience at Elevate coffee Co. there was only one person ahead of me in line, and the cashier was helping her before I walked in, and it took the cashier at least ten minutes to help the customer with a seemingly simple order. Once it was my turn (I only wanted an iced coffee) I had to explain to her what simple syrup was, finally helped her understand by calling it liquified sugar. Took the barista another 5 minutes to pour the coffee into a cup and hand it to me. Then the cream was empty on the self-serve coffee bar. I think I'm a fairly reasonable person, and I know it's not instant service, but I would've appreciated a little hussle from the employees. I don't think that's too much to ask for. Finally, the iced coffee was very bitter tasting, I doubt she even added the sugar. Or the coffee was made that morning and left out at room temperature. I love, and even prefer the smaller coffee houses to the larger corporations, but I will not be going back to this location for my caffeine fix. Ever. read more

This is by far the BEST coffee shop I have been to! I'm a student, and I prefer to study at coffee shops so I have been to quite a few around the valley and can honestly say nothing compares to elevate. The people who work there are all extremely nice, the coffee is great (I prefer it to Starbucks for sure), crepes are amazing, and best of all is the atmosphere - perfect both for studying and for socializing. My husband stopped in yesterday after seeing Lucy and had a 12oz iced white chocolate caramel mocha, apple & cinnamon crepe, and an apple strudel. Overall the quality was ok but I expected fresh sautéed or caramelized apples with the Crepes but received canned apple pie filling folded into the crepe that also could have been a tad crispier. The iced coffee was lacking in flavor tasting strongly of milk and could have used more ice and sweetener. My husband enjoyed his strudel but mentioned that the bottom crust was a tad burnt and too crispy. This was our first visit on a Sunday afternoon but will definitely give Elevate another chance to rise up! read more

I found Elevate by chance, looking for a coffee shop other than Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts. I'm now a regular here... coffee is fantastic, food is delicious, and the service is excellent! Spent 2 years of nursing school studying here! The atmosphere is the right amount of busy without being completely overwhelming! The staff is super friendly and always helpful! Coffee is better and better prices than Starbucks and able to accommodate health needs (almond, soy, coconut, etc). My fiancé and I love coming here for breakfast on the weekends. The place is super cute and hip. We get their breakfast burritos and they are always so good. They are freshly made and really fill you up!! I like to get a smoothie and my fiancé gets their coffee.. He likes to experiment with their new brewing method or new coffee they have and is always satisfied. The downfalls: there is almost a line for ordering and sometimes the burritos are a little dry. read more

I rushed in this morning needing lots of coffee for a teacher breakfast. They gave me everything they had plus the extras (cups, cream, sugars, etc). They were so nice and accommodating (even though I blew like a tornado). My hubby comes here all the time to get work done. Now I see why.
