I went in asking to have my acrylics removed. I explained that I was a broke college student who could no longer afford my acrylics. However, the nail artist informed me that he had to keep the acrylics on due to "the state of my nails". In the moment I didn't think anything of it and I told him to just do the design that I had asked for. He put no base or top coat and after double checking his work, he decided that the wonky-ass lines were acceptable. At the end he informed me that the new set would be $97 without tip. I thought it was a joke at first so I laughed, but then he proceeded to hand me the thing to pay. If you like spending $100 on inconvenient finger extensions, this is the perfect place to go!

Misleading and Disappointing Experience - Felt Scammed…read more My dermatologist recommended IPL treatment for sun spots--not this spa, just the treatment itself. I found Turn Back Time Day Spa and purchased an IPL session there, but when I arrived, the staff told me it wouldn't be effective because my sun spots weren't dark enough compared to my natural skin tone. They used this to upsell me a $1400 CoolPeel package (4 treatments for face, chest, and hands), claiming it was the only thing that would work. Martha was unprofessional and used scare tactics to push me into the CoolPeel. I saw very minimal results, nowhere near the dramatic before-and-after images they showed (which I now suspect were edited). They initially told me each treatment would resurface 25% of my skin, but at every follow-up, they kept saying I wouldn't see results until the final session. They also pushed an expensive cream on me during the process. Furthermore, the spa itself was cluttered --there was no real "spa" feeling at all. The environment didn't inspire trust or professionalism, especially considering the high price point of the treatments. I went back to my dermatologist after finishing the sessions, and he confirmed what I feared: I was scammed. He told me IPL would have been the right solution and that CoolPeel wasn't even appropriate for my skin type. I feel completely misled and urge others to be cautious. This spa felt more like a high-pressure sales operation than a place genuinely focused on skincare and results.

Turn Back Time Spa and Wellness is appropriately named. This spa is very affordable and super clean…read morewith water and snacks. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Martha is an expert in her field, and the results are amazing!!! The spa is on the smaller side and has a down-to-earth feel compared to large spas trying too hard to impress. (602)423-4212

I work at a local primary care office, and the referral department was incredibly rude to myself…read moreand our onboarding provider. She faxed a referral not knowing it had to be done online through the patients' insurance. When I called to follow up on 12/3 around 11:45AM the referral staff talked down to me stating, " I don't know why you wouldn't know this . . ." It's unfortunate a little understanding and kindness wasn't given. If staff is rude to our clinical staff, I am not confident they will treat our patients with respect either. As a result, I am not comfortable referring patients here.

I saw Dr. Tripp years ago and really felt that she was extremely competent…read more Fast forward to hearing from staff that Dr. Tripp was on a sabbatical, which turned out to be a very long sabbatical, to know she is retired. I made an appt and the front office phone person ASSURED me, that they would cancel the appt if they didn't receive the referral from my PCP. No call from their office, so I head over there. Guess what? They never received the referral in time for my appt. And they let me drive 25 minutes each way for nothing. Also, I had a brand new car, and rocks were hitting my windshield, but I digress. Let's just say I was less than pleased!! And there was no apology from the gals in the office. It was like they just didn't give a sh*t, and did nothing to try and squeeze me in. They offered something 4 hours later. No thank you. Plus I had to fill out forms for absolutely NO REASON! Very wary of this office now.
