Jenette, the manager, saw my google review and called me this morning (May 4), and told me "there was nothing wrong with my brows", she defended her brow artist, told me I was speaking to her out of line, but that she would not at all want my "after" brows either. She offered for me to come in and "fix" them. When I asked how, she said she would tint them. I tint them weekly. A tint doesn't grow hair.

Once, while waiting for my eyelash appointment, I saw one of her eyebrow clients crying tears of joy and hugging her. Vicky is that legit. She can fix other artists' sloppy work and make magic with permanent make up. She cleans and disinfects everything. I became a regular client of hers after doing eyelashes for several months and she is always going above and beyond for me. I have never seen someone so driven by their craft. I returned to Vicky for her lip blush permanent makeup procedure. She made sure I was comfortable and explained what would happen. She then allowed me to easily save a half hour each and every day! I don't wear make up anymore. She's that genius. I never thought that an artist with such flawless application in their craft could exist. She's that amazing and I cannot give her enough credit.
