Very clean place and everyone there was kind and welcoming. My appointment was with Donna to get my overdue hair colored and hydrating treatment. I arrived early and luckily they said they'd tried to call me due to a canceled appointment and was ready to get me in right away. Donna is very personable and nice. She's experienced and I found out she's one of the few stylists who know how to do a spiral perm still! Tip her well if to get her, she deserves it!

John's first question was, "When did you last have your hair treated by a professional?" When he saw that I was unable to answer, he said, "That long?" We both laughed, and then he asked me some questions about what processes I had done. I felt immediate trust. He was personable and knowledgeable. I thought "brassy" was the term people would use for my hair, but John explained how it was more complicated, as he explained why my hair needed the restoration of certain undertones that I had stripped.
