When I came back to try on, they were much better but still not great, as shown in the image. When I went to check out, I noticed a splotch on the shoulder of the dress on the sleeve. VERY small. When I asked her about it, she said it wasn't there before (which tells me that it happened in the shop, which it did). However she did not offer to dry clean it or try to get the stain out. My gown was heavily stained from juice and they were able to get every stain out. The dress came back with some loose threads but I didn't mind that too much. The men's sport coat came back fine. It was almost $100 for both items, I'm not sure if this is normal considering the formal gown was heavily stained. They only accept cash so I had to go back a different day with cash. I took a total of 2 weeks to pick up the items, there was some sort of mix up when I went to pick up my items and they said my items were not ready. I explained I had been there the week prior but didn't have cash. It took some time but they found my items after a few minutes. It made me a bit nervous but I'm glad they found my stuff. I'd probably come back if I'm in a pinch but not too sure this is my first choice for a cleaner.

I called Nada and she asked me a few questions and set up and appointment for the following week to come in for a fitting to check what needed to be done. She took her time and asked me what I was looking to do and even told me her opinion on what needed to be taken in. She asked me my budget and worked with me to come to a realistic price which was still within my budget. As the hour went by she pinned the dress and I was on my way. Nada set up my next 2 appointments and ensured I was on her calendar. Come to my second fitting, I get there and try on my dress. She didn't want to do too many alterations so far away from my wedding, so it was perfect to see where I lost weight and take in more areas. Again, she gave me her professional opinion on what needed to be taken in and altered. 3rd and final meeting comes and it fits perfectly. I wanted lace added to the top of the cups which she has to do by hand and it was BEAUTIFUL. She did some last min touch ups and suggested she steam my dress so I didn't have to do it the day of and I'm glad she did. The dress fit perfectly and I looked amazing in it.
