My daughter's Galaxy S22 Ultra screen cracked inside her backpack, and she needed a replacement ASAP. Other places either tried to upsell us, couldn't give a straight answer about pricing or availability, or became pushy the moment we asked about the difference between original and aftermarket screens. One store even called me four times after I politely said I would look elsewhere. Edgar was the complete opposite. He answered every question with patience, honesty, and zero pressure. He didn't rush me, didn't try to upsell, and didn't call repeatedly after giving me a quote. He simply provided clear information and genuine customer service, something that's rare these days.
