Victor and his team installed a new 240v outlet so I could replace my gas range with an electric. The process of getting a quote was quick and easy. They were clear in laying out the different options for setting up the wiring, which was tricky in my house. The price was reasonable considering the work involved and they gave me a very clear breakdown of different options for different costs. All the work was done in a timely and professional manner and they were excellent about communicating with me throughout the process. I would definitely come back to them for future electrical work. read more

Victor came quickly and fid high quality work repairing my electrical socket issue. The price charged was high, but it was worth it due to good and quick service. Thank you Victor! read more

Victor is an outstanding electrician. He's also personable, reliable and fair. Possibly the best service provider I've had the pleasure to do business with since I've been in DC (18+ years). He gets my highest recommendation. read more

I knew from the reviews this company was a gem! I'm so happy we decided to book them to install our light fixtures. Luis was very knowledgeable, professional, and provided exceptional customer service throughout the entire installation. I was very satisfied with the results and currently have them on speed dial to install my remaining fixtures once they are in! read more

I am very impressed with ElectriSource. Victor was very responsive and helpful during initial contact to discuss my project and to develop a scope of services and cost estimate for my outside breaker box replacement project. We were able to quickly coordinate a virtual Facetime meeting so that I could show the project location and site constraints. The work was scheduled quickly, Luis and his assistant were communicative about the arrival time, they were very knowledgeable about the work to be done, and completed the work quickly and efficiently. I had a question about the breaker box the next day, and Victor was able to stop by between his scheduled appointments to meet with me and troubleshoot a different issue that was unrelated to the work performed. I have an older home that has required numerous contractor calls over the years, and ElectriSource has provided the best experience. Although I hope to not have electrical issues in the future, ElectriSource will be my first call if I do. read more

Very pleased. I worked with Luis, and he did excellent work while remaining friendly, communicative, and patient while explaining things. I'll certainly use Electrisource again when I need more electrical work done. read more

This company is the greatest! I just put my listing on yesterday and today already it is fixed and I'm very happy with the owner Victor and the electrician (Sam) that came out! I would definitely recommend this company! read more

We're really happy with our experience with Electrisource. Before moving into our new house we wanted to make sure the electrical systems in our house were in good shape. We scheduled for Luis to come by for an inspection and quote. He immediately identified that the main panel had a number of code issues and recommended a replacement. We also priced out a mountain of other work we wanted done. The pricing was very competitive. Over the course of three more visits and a couple of weeks, Luis and Sam installed a new main panel, a new meter (the old one had been made a nest by animals), two grounding rods, a cold-bonded grounding wire, 12 recessed lights, 6 new fixtures, a ceiling fan, a Nest door bell, new switches, new outlets, GFCI outlets, and a handful of other things. Lots of work, but Luis and Sam from Electrisource made quick work of it. Everything works well and looks great. They were prompt and punctual and communicative. They showed a lot of attention to detail. Just check out the orientation of screws on the switch plates - all vertical. Very nice touch. I'd 100% recommend Electrisource to friends and family. read more

What appeared to be a great appointment in the making, quickly became a disaster in customer service from the owner of the company. I'm glad that I did not proceed with Victor's company for this rather simple job. I reached out to Victor on a Wednesday via email, in which I detailed each of the job requests for my project. I provided pictures to help him with his assessment. He provided a reasonable quote for the work and we scheduled an appointment for Saturday. To be sure, I followed up on Thursday to confirm his understanding of the job details. He confirmed and provided a time window for the appointment. Saturday morning (less than one hour before the appointment) he called to explain that his team cannot do most of the tasks in the job request. Additionally, his crew needs me to lift and move the appliance to do their work, which Victor wants me to pay for. I cordially reach out to Victor to request some accommodation or adjustment to his quote since he mistook my request, he cannot do all of the work originally requested, and labor from me is needed. He acknowledged his oversight but did not adjust his price. Fine. I respectfully decline the work onsight and via email, express my discomfort with the scheduling and communication and compliment his staff's professionalism. I also encourage him to give closer attention to customer job details in the future, so that others are not inconvenienced like I was. (I will now have to wait several more days to schedule and remediate my electrical/appliance problem). His response was curt and unpleasent: "Bottom line, it didn't work out..." Not what I would expect from the company president. I will not work with them in the future or recommend there service. read more

We contacted Victor at Electrisource about installing a dedicated line for microwave. He got back to us immediately, we got a virtual estimate within an hour, and he did the work the next day. The job was done quickly and professionally. We are very happy with the end product and the whole experience. Thanks to Victor and team for a great job! read more

This company is great. I called them, needing some electrical work done outside my home. They were able to schedule the work the very next morning. Victor Figueroa was on time and very professional. He was very knowledgeable about every aspect of our problem. He identified and fixed everything in short order and gave us a very good deal on the price. I recommend them for any electrical issue you have. read more

Hello Everyone...I would like to thank Electrisource for coming out and doing hr electrical work on my outdoor jacuzzi. I found this company on Google search and they literally came out and did all the electrical work within a week of notification. They're team came out perfect es they're assessment, contacted the county for thr permits and did an exceptional job on the instillation. They're crew was on time, professional, and very detail oriented. All of the cables were hidden in ground and I literally do not see any of the electrical cables. I would defiantly recommend this company to friends and family!!! I can't give 6 starts on the review but I will give them the emoji!! Thanks again ! read more

Had an amazing experience with Electrisource! Needed wiring ran to our new screened in porch and a ceiling fan installed. Contacted them as I was referred by a co-worker. Their estimate was very fair, the office manager was very polite and responsive. She able to get my job squeezed in the same week luckily, and it went wonderful. We had two technicians come for the job and they were extremely pleasant with us. They even allowed my 3yr to supervise through the window LOL. When I had questions during the job they were knowledgeable and kept me in the loop. Overall great working with electrician. I have already told a few family members to call them for their needs! read more

Great electricians! Victor was extremely professional and thorough with his work. We had 2 240 electric outlets installed in our house and it was not an easy job. Victor installed EV charger in my garage. It involved bringing cable from electric panel in the basement. He was very knowledgeable, worked fast and host work was very clean. This company installed new recess light in my basement. Couldn't have been more satisfied. Reasonable price for a licensed electrician.

Victor and his team led the electrical work for our home renovation. They are professional, knowledgeable, cost competitive, direct (no sales pitches) and most importantly honest. Hard combination to find these days in any industry. I'd recommend them for any electrical job, at minimum have a discussion and request an estimate. read more

Victor, Luis and team have done several projects at home over the last three years involving recessed lighting in multiple rooms including installation and wiring. The work is consistently done well and the business is easy to work with. I would hire them again. read more

I was very impressed with the customer service and work performed by Electrisource. Victor came out to give me an estimate on a list of small projects I needed to have done, such as replacing old light fixtures with new ones, and fixing outlets that didn't work. He was very nice and professional. His technicians that came out to do the work were very friendly and professional. They answered all my questions and concerns and finished the work in a timely manner. Also, the cost of the job was very reasonable. I will definitely use them again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone needing electrical services. read more

My GFCI outlet was tripping regularly when I used the blow dryer. It was diagnosed that it needed to be replaced, the replacement only took a few minutes during the diagnosis visit. It has been a week since the replacement and the outlet no longer trips. I had a few other questions and they were thoroughly answered. I recommend using Electrisource because of their professionalism, finding the root cause of the issue, fixing the issue, and not trying to upsell unnecessary stuff. read more

Unethical business practices. Wants to force customers to pay a $189 "diagnostic" charge to provide an estimate--which pressures consumers into selecting this contractor rather than acquire 3 bids. Most electricians in this area provide free estimates, which promotes rational decision-making. Avoid this business. read more

I started noticed an electrical issue and my furnace not working at 1:30 pm on a Friday. I seemed the electrical issue was related to the furnace not working so I went on Yelp and chose to call Electrisource based on reviews I had seen. They were in my home within a little over an hour after calling them. I was very relieved they were able to fit me in so quickly. They actually determined that the furnace problem wasn't directly related to the electrical problem. However, after resolving the electrical problem, they managed to resolve the furnace anyway. I'm very happy with the service I received and will use them again in the future. read more

Update- Victor was unable to come out until Saturday so he told me to reach out to a friend to see if we could get the work started earlier. His friend just left, gave us a amazing deal, and was professional, friendly and knowledgable. The recommendation wasn't necessary, but it added another point to Victor's character! Old post: Victor never actually performed services. The 5 stars are for his character as a decent human being: Problem: electrical fire at 2am- very smoky and smelled like burnt plastic. Shut off fuse box and called Victor first thing this morning (3/19/2020). He scheduled me in for this afternoon, but told me to call Dominion first and keep him updated. Turned out it to be a building code violation and condo association has to fix it. No appointment needed. With the shutdowns of COVID19, toilet paper and food shortage, hysteria, I know small businesses are hurting for money. Right now we are seeing the best and worst of humanity. Victor immediately told me to call dominion power, despite knowing he might lose business. He did this without hesitation. Yes, I know we are all practicing social distancing, but small businesses have bills to pay As teachers, we are also shut down, and while we get paid right now (unused snow days), our future is uncertain. Victor offered to honor a teacher discount, as well. The dog. I picked Victor from yelp on gut instinct. I am a full time teacher and part time vet assistant. Gut instinct says animal people are good people. Those 5 star reviews aren't just fillers. I will definitely use Victor in the future! Victor, thank you. read more

Can't say enough good things about Victor. He is very very easy to get a hold of, explains things well, and shows up exactly when he says he will. For a guy who gave us some terrible news, it wasn't so bad to hear because of now professional and honest he is. I'm sad we have to get so much work done but glad we are using him and his team. read more

Victor came on time and gave a reasonable quote for installing an Electrify America Level-2 wall charger. I had cheaper quotes from other installers but I went with Victor as he is licensed, bonded and also handles the permit work with the county. Everything went as planned and Victor was very accommodative to even reschedule me to an earlier available appointment and finished the job on time in a professional manner. Definitely recommend Victor ad his staff for all your electrical needs!!! read more

Fastest responded company, arrived on time, could use $50 off coupon, satisfied, and recommend to friends

They called me well in advance of the appointment, unfortunately I was stuck in traffic. I arrived 20 minutes late. It wasn't a problem at all, nice guy. I am not good with names, but both of the individuals wore masks. I explained the situation and they got to work. Found the issue in less than 5 minutes and it was something that was driving me insane trying to figure out for months. They explained the process and what I need to look for. Answered all of my questions. I feel confident calling them again, if needed. I recommend them wholeheartedly. read more

Great service! I definitely recommend these guys. He fixed outlet issues right away. I will call him again for next time as well.

I have worked with Electrisource multiple times over the past couple years. I have always had a great experience and everyone I have dealt with has been professional, customer focused, and experienced. My projects have ranged from $300 to $7000 with Electrisource. I always double check prices I am quoted with competitors and have found Electrisource to be a good value. If you are looking to have any electrical work done this company should be your first stop. read more

Victor and his team installed electrical for our new hot tub and fireplace, and a great job they did! Professional and patient. They worked with our changing timeline and requirements, were enjoyable to work with, and did an exceptional job! During the process Victor kept us abreast of his work, included us in potential options to stream line the electrical system, and even made changes to bring 120v power near our hot tub for low-power overhead lights we requested. The architect we are working with was quite impressed as well! We are doing more renovations in the future and will definitely be contacting Victor! read more

Highly recommend. Since moving into our new construction home three years ago we have used ElectriSource numerous times. They are our go-to guys for all things electrical. Victor the owner is great to work with, as are his guys, especially Luis and Sam. They are a great team and do fantastic work; they go above and beyond; if they see something not correct, or to code, they will bring it to your attention. Prices are reasonable, and even if you think they might be a little high, I guarantee you won't regret going with them; personally, I will pay up for quality and reliable work done by an extremely professional team. I trust these guys. read more

As soon as I described the problem, Victor knew exactly where to look and how to start tackling the issue. We had another electrician come out the day before and he couldn't figure out the issue, but Victor was able to figure out the issue within 5 minutes. I highly recommend Victor at Electrisource and will definitely be using his services for other electrical work in the future. read more

Most awesome and competent service ever. Period. Called later on a Friday evening, and a nice gentleman, Victor, answered my call. That's a first, first of all... I then advised him of the fact that my smoke detector was chirping (and I was dreading this eventuality--I'm sure all of you do also). Was dreading the death defying climb to change a 9 volt battery, and instead was delighted that Victor answered his phone! Did I say Friday night? Anyhow, he came the next day (Saturday!!!) and replaced all of my smoke detectors--like, all six of them. Smiling now. He also noticed my ring doorbell was not yet installed, and he did that too, which is THE most awesome thing next to the smoke detector replacements. I cannot say enough regarding how kind, knowledgeable (master electrician) and professional Victor was that day when I needed the help. So YES--He gets the BIGGEST yelp!!! read more

I had 2 large connections and several additional lights ceiling fans, TV hanging, speaker wire connections and lights on a very large job. Victor and his team were prompt, courteous, professional, timely, had great quality and were a great value. If I could give more stars, I would. Victor is very professional and honest, his work is impeccable, he does what he says he will do, and he gets the job done in a timely manner. I reached out to have a 240V outlet installed in my garage for an electric car. When I noted his expertise and customer focus, I asked him to also install an outlet for my gas fireplace blower. He emailed me an itemized list of everything we discussed doing, with the charge (heehee.. get it? Electricity --- Charge... ok, ok... anyway) so I knew exactly what I was going to pay up front. When he finished, I was impressed that there wasn't a mystery complication that increased the invoice amount. I can't say enough about ElectriSource, from the ease with which I scheduled the service to the care that was taken to ensure my house wasn't torn up in the process to install the two new power outlets. I have bookmarked this business and will continue to use them in the future. read more
