I had two great experiences with Electrisource! Initially I called them to fix a shorted wire that I caused. They came out within a couple of hours to fix my mistake. Victor was extremely nice, and spent much more time answering my questions than he needed to. I got a quote for a panel replacement while they were here. Their estimate came in under other electricians in the area. The panel replacement was scheduled about 4 weeks out. Luis & Carlos (I hope I remembered their names right) came out and finished the replacement very quickly. They were both extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Most importantly, they were careful and considered of our two cats. These two experiences have made me a long-term customer of Electrisource. Victor and Luis came out to my hose to look at my attic fan. They told me the motor was burned out. Since the fan was less than 2 years old I asked why that would happen. They told me that those "fans you get from Home Depot or Lowes only last a year." And then they quoted me a prices between $700-1000 to fix it. They must have thought they could sell a woman a whole crock of goose poop. A replacement of an attic fan should not be more than $500. Attic fans usually last 10 years - not one year. And the reason my fan burned up was because a different electrician had installed the thermostat wrong. A competent, ethical electrician from Reddick told me this after they left. The guy from Reddick fixed it for less than $500. Do not call Electrisource. I don't know if they are stupid, crooks, or liars but you don't want them in your house. read more

I called 2 weeks ago due to my lights flickering when I ran a kitchen appliance. Victor came out the next day after I called and checked my breaker box and wiring. He determined that when I had my kitchen rehabbed, the "pros" wired my box wrong and ran this major appliance on the same circuit as all my outlets.We scheduled a time the next week to restack the box correctly and run a dedicated wire to the appliance.
