I was extremely pleased with this process from start to finish. Victor was informative, prompt and respectful. The ceiling fans (they installed 2) were not pre-wired. I was expecting drywall repairs, but there were none. In addition they changed my chandelier and fixed an issue from another electrician. I wish all my home repairs would seem so effortless read more

This is the go to Licensed company for any Electrical needs. It's a family owned small business that you get to be part of once they work on your needs. This beautiful crew includes Victor the owner, and then you have these wonderful gentleman Luis, and Omar to assist on any projects. This company is professional, reliable, and can solve any electrical issues. I highly recommend Elecrisource with a 5 star rating. read more

Our initial experience with Electrisource was overall positive. They replaced a few outlets, added a smart doorbell, and did an quick assessment of our house to see if the electrical needed to be updated, which they ultimately said was not really necessary. The pricing felt a bit expensive, but overall was similar (though on the high end) to other quotes we were getting at the time. We were very pleased with the work and ended up getting a panel upgrade from them as well, which was also excellent overall. The only issue we had was with the service upgrade that we got along with the panel. This was a logistical issue that was mostly the fault of the inspector and Dominion, but that Electrisource could have handled better. For some reason our inspection was never received by Dominion, so they kept delaying our service upgrade. We were told that they would come out when they were ready, but they never did and they never contacted us. After several months we reached out to Electrisource, and they were surprised that it was taking so long and reached out to the inspector as well, but things still weren't moving. Eventually we had to step in and start making calls and finally we were able to get everything settled, but by the end of that process it had been about a year since the panel upgrade itself. The failures on the inspection office and Dominion's part were not at all Electrisource's fault, but it feels like they could have monitored the process more closely and made sure things were moving along, especially after we reached out to them for the first time. Other than that though, everything about their service was excellent and we really enjoyed working with them. read more

This company could not keep an appointment for a virtual estimate. Wasted an hour and a half of my time.

I highly recommend Victor and Eletrisource. Victor found and solved a problem two licensed electricians were unable to solve. He responded promptly to our request for service and fixed a problem that could have burned the house down. read more

They were able to schedule the job quickly even around the holidays! Good quality workmanship.

Victor and his team was amazing! Everyone was very professional, cool, friendly, and laid-back. I wanted a ceiling fan installed that required pre-wiring, and Victor gave me a free estimate over the phone. The quoted estimate was exactly what I ended up paying as well. I know many of you consider prices as a big factor when hiring someone, and I can say Victor's prices were better than all the other quotes I got! I was able to book an appointment for the next week and they arrived on time as scheduled and gave me both a one day reminder call and a 30 minute heads-up. We walked through everything and they got to work right away. Everything was completed on time within the 2 hour time window they gave. And the work was perfect! Love the new ceiling fan and they cleaned up after as if they were never there. I am very happy in my decision to use Electrisource and will definitely reach back out to Victor when we have a new project. Thanks again, we greatly appreciate it! read more

We had a terrible storm that knocked out our GFI circuit. I messaged Victor on a Thursday evening and he was there first thing in the am. Not only did he fix the GFI but noticed that our surge protectors weren't installed correctly on the panel. Fixed both and was out the door within an hour leaving behind a more than thankful customer. Won't use anyone else going forward! read more

Victor showed up on time and was amazing. He installed all three of my lights (including one chandelier) within one hour and I couldn't be more pleased! His quote was fair compared to four other companies. He is very busy and worth the wait. Electrisource is also very organized, as well and will follow up with your quote, your appointment confirmation, and an invoice. Thank you so much for being so friendly and knowledgeable, Victor! read more

Once again Electrisource has exceeded expectations! We thought we would have to replace some light fixtures and a ceiling fan, but they were able to fix the existing lights and fan! read more

We have used Electrisource for several projects over the years. They are our go-to electrician when we need one. We have had several ceiling fans installed, new recessed lighting installed, and most recently when we had a light fixture starting to fall out of the ceiling due to its weight, they suggested and installed the appropriate junction box and installed a new light fixture for us. Electrisource has always provided fair pricing and expertly performed the work without issues. When installing the recessed lighting, Victor and his team suggested the best placement for the lights based on their years of experience for what would work best for our family room. Victor and Luis are true professionals and always personable asking how our family is doing. They have earned our trust over the years. It is also good to be able to support a family-owned small business that cares about their work. read more

This review is for work done 9 months ago. We had to have a ceiling box installed in our new home. Victor and his crew did the job quickly and without much damage. Another great job by the Victor's team! They installed an exterior power outlet for my EV in approximately two hours. They had to run a 50-foot cable, but it was done pretty quickly. The price quote was much cheaper than what other companies offered, and they delivered exactly what I asked for. They did an excellent job. read more

Victor and his team upgraded our electric panel this morning. The work was done fast and price is fair and reasonable. We asked him for different projects around the house. He presented several quotes with different pricing. The quotes are very clear with detailed explanation regarding what is included and what is not. All in all, we are very happy with his team and will contact him for future projects. read more

I had two great experiences with Electrisource! Initially I called them to fix a shorted wire that I caused. They came out within a couple of hours to fix my mistake. Victor was extremely nice, and spent much more time answering my questions than he needed to. I got a quote for a panel replacement while they were here. Their estimate came in under other electricians in the area. The panel replacement was scheduled about 4 weeks out. Luis & Carlos (I hope I remembered their names right) came out and finished the replacement very quickly. They were both extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Most importantly, they were careful and considered of our two cats. These two experiences have made me a long-term customer of Electrisource. Hopefully, I won't need help for a while, but if I do, I know who to call. read more

Excellent experience from start to finish! Victor arrived promptly and provided a clear estimate of several items to be done around the house -- including breakers on electrical panel, finalizing electric for basement recessed lights, installing a ceiling fan/Rung camera and several lights around the home. The appointment to finish the work was set up and all of the work was done to spec. Everything is functioning well. Highly recommend! read more

Victor and Luis came out to my hose to look at my attic fan. They told me the motor was burned out. Since the fan was less than 2 years old I asked why that would happen. They told me that those "fans you get from Home Depot or Lowes only last a year." And then they quoted me a prices between $700-1000 to fix it. They must have thought they could sell a woman a whole crock of goose poop. A replacement of an attic fan should not be more than $500. Attic fans usually last 10 years - not one year. And the reason my fan burned up was because a different electrician had installed the thermostat wrong. A competent, ethical electrician from Reddick told me this after they left. The guy from Reddick fixed it for less than $500. Do not call Electrisource. I don't know if they are stupid, crooks, or liars but you don't want them in your house. read more

Victor was great! I reached out about replacing our chandelier and he replied right away and got me scheduled the next day for a reasonable price. Our old chandelier hadn't been installed properly, but Victor had the tools/parts needed in his truck and was able to fix it so he could hang the new one. Super friendly and did an amazing job! We'll definitely be using Electrisource in the future! read more

Sam (our tech) came out to the house to install a 240 watt electrical line for an induction stove that is being converted over from gas with a 40 amp at the break box. All I can say is WOW! Victor and the Electrisource team recently installed a new electric panel and new switches and plugs throughout our entire home. From our very first meeting to obtain the quote, we were instantly impressed by Victor's knowledge and command of his craft. He took the time to thoroughly explain the issues - and the fixes - in a way that we understood and patiently answered all of our questions. Victor was quick to follow up with the quote that clearly detailed all aspects of the potential project, and we found the cost to be fair and reasonable. And, to top it off, Victor was personable with a sense of humor. I can't believe I'm this excited about an electric panel and house re-devicing, but Victor and his team are absolutely wonderful to work with. They finished our huge project in about 6 hours. And, as part of our project, our new panel was inspected by the county, all seamlessly coordinated by Victor's team. (Of course, we passed inspection!) We would highly recommend Victor and Electrisource and look forward to working with him again. read more

Amazingly responsive and great work! I contacted Victor and he was super quick in giving me a quote--price is fair and he and Sam were able to come out the very next day to install 4 recessed lights in my room. It's so bright now! We had a FaceTime consult about our kitchen lighting solutions that was extremely helpful and worked around our schedule nicely. We ended up going with Electrisource and they were great! They took the time to walk us through the process, make sure we were happy with locations and they ran wiring with as little impact on the space (wall and ceiling holes) as possible. They also took the time to make sure our dog was happy with the job. Highly recommend. read more

I called 2 weeks ago due to my lights flickering when I ran a kitchen appliance. Victor came out the next day after I called and checked my breaker box and wiring. He determined that when I had my kitchen rehabbed, the "pros" wired my box wrong and ran this major appliance on the same circuit as all my outlets. We scheduled a time the next week to restack the box correctly and run a dedicated wire to the appliance. Victor and Sam arrived 15 minutes early, put plastic on the floor and got the job done in 2 hours for a fair price. Both were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I would call them for anything in the future. I highly recommend them for your needs. read more

ElectriSource is an awesome company. I know it's hard finding trustworthy companies, but I can say Victor and his crew are awesome. Luis came out and was extremely professional.
