We first contacted an electrician to come to our home to give us an estimate to install an outdoor electrical outlet outside of our home patio/balcony. After looking at the site to install an extended outdoor outlet, he verbally gave us an estimate for the job to be done and said that his office would email a written estimate. Days and weeks gone by, neither the electrician nor the office administrator returned my calls and emails. Felt really unprofessional to me for not calling back even if it's just an email or a text to tell me they are busy or booked up. Victor and his dad were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, professional, efficient, hardworking and went above and beyond what was expected. Victor was referred to me by the dealer I was buying my Sunlighten Conquer Sauna from. She said all her clients rave about Victor. He gave me a very fair quote on installing a 220v outlet. He told me that he might have to cut through the sheet rock on the ceiling but would do everything possible to avoid cutting a hole in the ceiling. I asked him to give me a quote on replacing an outside light fixture and installing a dimmer in my dining room. He offered to buy the dimmer I needed and to install it. We agreed on a date he would do the work. A couple of days before he was suppose to do the work I called him and advised that I hadn't had time to buy an exterior light fixture. He offered to pick up a couple for me to choose from and brought them over on the date of service. He ended up not having to cut the ceiling. I chose one of the light fixtures he bought and he installed it. Then it was time for my Sauna to be delivered a week later and the assembler my dealer used said he couldn't assemble it. My dealer called Victor and asked him if he would assemble the sauna for me even though he had never assembled one before, and he agreed to do it. The delivery date for the sauna changed a few times due to inclement weather and Victor assured me he would come as soon as he could once it arrived. The sauna arrived late in the afternoon the day before Valentine's Day and Victor and his dad assembled it that evening. It took three delivery guys to bring the 700lb Sauna to my gym in the basement and Victor and his dad assembled this very heavy sauna with a glass door with the utmost care. After a scary incident of a outlet burning on a Friday night from a heater being plugged in. Saturday morning research for a electrician began. A couple were called, no one called back. When Monday came and three days with no power to the upper level and no call backs. Got back on line and found Electrisource LLC checked the reviews and gave them a call and left a message. Less then 20 minutes later Victor called us back, we explained the incident with the outlet, less the a couple of hours he was at our house. He thoroughly explained the reason the wires were burning and the expansion of a heater and the danger of using the outlet for it and why we had the issue. We were given a price for all the outlets, and switches to be updated and brought to code as well as fire detectors and a dedicated outlet for high voltage AC units as well as heaters for the winter. We got fire detectors/carbon detectors that have 10 year lithium batteries that are professional grade. He gave us what we thought was a reasonable price and liked how he explained everything that was easy to understand, He showed up on time and in inclement weather to get the job done. He did a wonderful and professional job on wiring of dedicated switches that sounded complicated to me, but his team did a truly professional job. We now know more about electricity then ever before and now share this information with colleagues and friends so they will know what to do and how outlets work with heaters. This Morning I was driving on a back road , when I had the manager of this company nearly drive me off the road. The lane that I was in was ending , and instead of letting me over , The driver , nearly drive me off the road. Luckily , the person behind him didn't mind letting me over. I contacted the number on the back of the van , in which the person who answered claimed to be the manager. When I asked we're they in the office, They said they were driving. I then realize , that was probably the manager himself who nearly drove me off the road. During the originally phone call , the manager went silent. I then hung up after several seconds of no sound. I then received 15 phone calls from a 571-662-0157. When I called back , The guy on the phone told me , that he received a phone call from my number , which meant that was the manager who went blank on me earlier. During this phone call , after I explained why I was calling , he proceeded to tell me I was lying and that all company vehicles have cameras on them. However, I never gave him a tag number in the first phone call. So how exactly did you know who I was , or the driver I was complaining about. That's how I know myself it was the manager who nearly drove me into a ditch. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYWAY. THE MANAGER IS EXTREMELY RUDE , AND COULDN'T EVEN APOLOGIZE FOR HIS AGGRESSIVE DRIVING. MIND YOU THIS HAPPEN ON 8-12-20 IN THE MORNING WHILE IT WAS RAINING !!! We bought our house back in October, and though our den's ceiling light and fan combo worked during the inspection, it stopped working after we moved in and we couldn't figure out why. We contacted multiple electricians to see if someone could figure this out, and Victor was able to come out that night for cheaper than the other companies. He took a look, and discovered that the light had not been wired properly, and in fact had melted some of the interior of the switch. Even though it was late, he went through the whole house and pointed out everything he saw that was against code or unsafe, and then gave us multiple options to fix the issues. Since this was a safety issue, we went with fixing the whole house. Victor gave us as many discounts as he could, and didn't charge us for the first visit. He came right on time and went right to work, fixing all of the wiring in our outlets and switches and replacing them so they all looked nice and were up to code. He also remounted our ceiling fans, since they had been mounted incorrectly and were causing a safety issue as well. Though the work ended up being much more intense than originally anticipated, we're so glad Victor took the time to explain everything to us, and relieved to know our house is much safer now. I was having a closet remodel completed, when during the installation, it was discovered that the closet design company measured incorrectly and the original light fixture was in the way. I was livid, as I had taken off work for a few days to prepare for the closet remodel. The solution turned out to be that the closet design company would pay for the light fixture to be relocated. I immediately went to YELP. Based on the reviews, I contacted Victor directly by phone and explained the situation. Since the closet installers were already here, Victor and Luis responded within two hours. They both were courteous, knowledgeable and the definition of professional and completed the work in record time. In fact, not only did they relocate the light fixture to a more centralized location, but they upgraded the fixture to recessed LED lighting. Although the closet company paid for the initial light fixture relocation, I could not have been more pleased with the work, as well as the price. In fact, I was so impressed, I had Victor and Luis back out a couple of days later to add a second, matching light to the closet, which greatly improved the lighting and look of the closet. I had two household projects: replacing our AC, coil, and thermostat, and installing a plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) charger in our garage. After talking to three companies, Electrisource had the most competitive AC quote, and after talking to two electricians, Electrisource's quote was slightly more expensive but they came out to the house to assess the situation, which gave me more confidence. With respect to both projects, they were extremely responsive, professional, and respectful of my home and my family. When an issue arose with wiring the smart thermostat I wanted, they installed a temporary digital thermostat and came back two days later to diagnose the issue and install the one I wanted. I had an issue with a space heater blowing a fuse repeatedly. Victor sent me a message back on Yelp within minutes and called me to help diagnose the problem. Over the phone he told me it could be one of three things which was helpful to know while I talked to other electricians who just said they'd replace the breaker. After the initial call I thought we had fixed the problem trying something else so cancelled but then a few days later on a Saturday needed help. Initially I was told they couldn't come until Wednesday but then Victor called me back and said they could be there within an hour. He came and quickly found out it wasn't the breaker and was instead a loose wire. He answered all my many questions in detail and even let me take a short video so I could show my husband. He found things that our builder had done incorrectly and fixed them as well. He provided suggestions for things we could do to prevent the problem from happening again. Following some botched ADA accommodations to our home, we discovered multiple live and damaged electrical wires and outlets buried inside the walls of our disabled children's bedroom, school and therapy rooms. I asked if Electrisource could send a technician out to my parents' house to troubleshoot several mostly minor electrical issues that had been accumulating over the years. They are older, I don't live in the area, and hadn't been able to address everything when I visited. Luis and another technician came out, took stock of each project, explained what they could fix and what would require a different kind of contractor (a roofer to reinstall an attic fan, for instance). They were so patient with me and my parents, explained everything (and some things more than once), and fixed what they could that day with the parts in their truck and gave us a clear understanding of what we needed to do to fix the other, non-electrician projects.
