I'd give them a better rating if they cared more for their customers. The food is good and it is reasonably priced, but the service except for a couple of servers is just horrible. They often run out of things for example Agua Frescas, Perrier or other ingredients to make an often ordered Michelada. Don't attempt to order coffee an hour before they close because they'll refuse to make it, claiming it's not worth making a whole pot for just one person. Ordering over the phone is another issue. I recently tried placing a phone order and was put on hold for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, we were driving to the restaurant figuring the order would be worked on and ready when we arrived. Unfortunately, no one ever came back to the phone. Upon arriving at 7:45PM we were told no one was available to take our order because everyone was OUT TO Lunch!... at 7:45PM!!??? Came here yesterday for lunch. Place was freezing to begin with, finally got to a table 1. There were no prices on the menu, 2. The waitress was very unpleasant and seemed like she didn't want to be there, 3. I got a plate which I thought included the rice and beans which it dosent and dosent specify in the menu so with that I paid 20 bucks for flautas and a side of beans. Was recommended to this place about a year ago by a friend it's always been a hit or miss with the customer service but their food is good so I continue to go but today was definitely the last straw. The manager Lucy is so rude she makes you lose your appetite. Honestly have never been able to enjoy my food whenever she's served us and it's unnerving knowing she's bringing our food because we feel that she might be doing something to it with how bad her attitude is I definitely won't be coming here anymore and I know my friends and family have stopped coming here in the past month because of the same thing I just never thought it would've gotten this bad for me.
