Waitress had attitude from the start. She didn't even give us the chips but she did to the rest of the tables. Once we order it took 40 mins for our food to come out. The food was cold and the flavor was okay. The place was kinda empty so there was no reason for them to have taken so long or given us cold food. We won't be returning. read more

We eat here minimum of once a month or so I understand it get busy in the morning and since my last visit when I was to be called next I was told I needed to wait because their boss had a party who were going to cut in which I had 45 min waiting and I was told to wait 20 min until I ask to have my food to go that was another 20 min. Actual menu doesn't have prices on there. I scanned the QR menu which was tapped on the center of the table. We ordered from that menu with prices on it with our waitress. At the end we get a receipt with bumped up prices NOT THE ACTUAL PRICE.. We asked to speak to the manager. She explained prices have gone up etc. Which I completely understand, But you can't add your own prices at the end without it informing the customer. That is Fraud. Prices on the menu is what the customer pays. So beware at the end when paying plus 4% on top when NOT using cash usually restaurants charge 2% not 4%. I wonder how many people have gotten scammed at the end. Food was not how it used to be and if this place wants to be in business customer service (MANAGEMENT) needs to step it up and be honest with your customers. read more

I'd give them a better rating if they cared more for their customers. The food is good and it is reasonably priced, but the service except for a couple of servers is just horrible. They often run out of things for example Agua Frescas, Perrier or other ingredients to make an often ordered Michelada. Don't attempt to order coffee an hour before they close because they'll refuse to make it, claiming it's not worth making a whole pot for just one person. Ordering over the phone is another issue. I recently tried placing a phone order and was put on hold for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, we were driving to the restaurant figuring the order would be worked on and ready when we arrived. Unfortunately, no one ever came back to the phone. Upon arriving at 7:45PM we were told no one was available to take our order because everyone was OUT TO Lunch!... at 7:45PM!!??? I attempted to contact the owner on Instagram and two weeks later, no one has replied. Very disappointing! read more

Chilaquiles verde with a runny egg, carne asada and side of sour cream. Best thing ever. Came here yesterday for lunch. Place was freezing to begin with, finally got to a table 1. There were no prices on the menu, 2. The waitress was very unpleasant and seemed like she didn't want to be there, 3. I got a plate which I thought included the rice and beans which it dosent and dosent specify in the menu so with that I paid 20 bucks for flautas and a side of beans. Mediocre food and service. The waitress are totally detached from the customers. They take forever to serve your meal. I ordered the chilaquiles in salsa verde and it was basically reheated microwave food. The over easy eggs looked like they were sitting on the stove for a very long time. This is the place of you are looking for a great meal. The agua de cebada is always my favorite drink. Can never go wrong with any of the plates. This time I had the tostada de pollo. They come out fully dressed. And they bring out a table cream in a squeeze bottle, a salsa, and it comes with a broth that takes it out of this world.
