This is the lady with the worst customer service....
Ana M.

Ok so I was in the neighborhood and I wanted some authentic Mexican food, so I decided to try this place that supposedly are Sinaloa authentic food, but honestly the food was so awful, nasty I could taste, but that wasn't the worst part, the worst part was this customer lady "paisa" that it was so fucken rude, based on the reviews it's not the first time that she's been rude, so please owner fire her please, you're loosing a lot of customers because of her...,

Dry, nasty cheese enchiladas
Tae G.

Seems like this place has changed a bit. Condiments bar is always empty and food takes forever now. The cheese enchiladas plate was terrible! Half of it went in the trash. Everything in my plate was dry and overheated or soggy. Enchiladas shells were thick and hard on the ends. The salad was swimming in water. If I wasn't on my lunch break, I would've taken my plate back. Disappointed...

Employees are nice, food is good I like their camarones a la Diabla. I just wish that the hot sauce didn't blend into the salad they give you with your to go plate maybe using a different container would help. All in all good food.

Order menudo to go, it was lacking in flavor but it was salty didn't enjoy it but it did come with what it looks like handmade tortillas.

Personally I didn't like the menudo it had no flavor yet it was salty. It had like a caldo de Cameron flavor. I am very disappointed I was really craving menudo and wanted to try a new local place .

I come here for the tacos. I also like to get the enchiladas, flautas, and wet burritos.

Food is great. I am particular about the tacos and the chilaquiles. There are only five tables in which to be seated so it gets full quick.

But most recently, I had the chilaquiles divorciados with arrachera, cooked medium cause I like some red in the middle. MY. GOD. Perfectly cooked and so freaking delicious. And huge!! We came back today and they don't have AC inside so during this heat wave it's pretty brutal because the cooking makes the inside 10x hotter and they only have fans blowing. When we walked in no one greeted us or told us we can sit down anywhere so we just kind of sat at a table and the server took a long time to come to us to give us the menu. She came to us after about 15 mins and she didn't say a single word to us so it was awkward ordering and she also didn't ask us if we wanted anything to drink. The service wasn't the best but the food is really good. Great flavors and food comes out hot. The food is honestly really good even the chips and salsa they give to you as a small appetizer. I just wish the service was more consistent as it would add more to this business.

El Sinaloense in Paramount is definitely a spot I can highly recommend for delicious mariscos and…read moreauthentic Sinaloa-style food! The oysters preparados were my absolute favorite -- 10/10! Super fresh, loaded, and jam-packed with flavor. The tacos gobernadores were another 10/10: cheesy, savory, with perfectly tender shrimp. I also tried Sinaloa-style machaca for the first time, served with refried beans and queso fresco. It was a little on the drier side, but still delicious and packed with veggies. The camarones a la diabla had such a flavorful sauce without being overly spicy, served with rice, beans, and flour tortillas. And of course, their tasty micheladas paired perfectly with everything! Definitely check out El Sinaloense and thank me later! One waitress was a lil rude passive aggressive but the next 1 that actually took care of us was very attentive , friendly and helpful. Its a casual family friendly restaurant. #ElSinaloense #ParamountCA #SinaloaStyle #Mariscos #LAEats #FoodieFinds #SoCalFoodie #MexicanFood #Annette7LA

We actually asked for one of the dishes to be replaced, thinking maybe it was just a bad batch, but the replacement came out just as salty as the first one. At that point, there wasn't much we could do. The chefs gotta lay off the salt And the water... I honestly don't know what happened there, but it tasted like I was drinking straight from a water hose attached to the la river bed . I've had better-tasting water in Mexico. The meals were also way overpriced for the quality and quantity we received. As someone who genuinely appreciates Mexican food, this experience was especially disappointing. I'm sorry, but based on what I was served, I just can't consider this genuine Mexican food. I can't recommend this place If you're hungry and looking for a good Mexican meal, I'd suggest searching for another place and skipping this one.

Young guy talking about his $12 Taco lunch boxes, wet burrito, loaded twister fried and more... So like any good foodie I had to check them out because the hard shell tacos looked fabulous and fabulous tacos is a must!! Quick trip to Bellflower and were there i was lucky because there were only a few people there when we arrived, but once I stepped in line I swear 20 people showed up LOL!!! The wife wanted the Taquitos Loaded with a Large Pepino Aguafresca, I ordered the hardshell taco plate and Large Jamica the taco plate comes with 3 tacos, rice and beans. For my meats I chose Asada, Al Pastor, and Caritas. Hands down the Caritas and Al Pastor are the way to go so much flavor in both, rhe snap from the taco shells perfect. Seating is around both sides of rhe building if you cant wait to eat... The Aguafresca was sweeter than I'm used to but nothing ice and thin out. Overall the food was Bomb and service with a smile.. Next visit will be the Loaded Twisted Fries & Wet Burrito this should feed my family of 4 Hahaha!!!

Either they went on a bad day or I went on a great day! Right now I'm going to claim this is my favorite wet burrito.. so flavorful! But I'll try it again in the future and see if it stands by it's flavor. If it doesn't.. I'll update ;) Did I mention how HUGE this is?? 2 people have been eating it and it's 75% gone lol

If it weren't for the very loud music playing, I would not have known this was a Mexican restaurant. We ordered Fish and Shrimp Ceviche tostadas, but it was ok not the best I ever had. Tostadas had more Cucumbers and Tomatoes than Fish or Shrimp, and to make it worse, it was soaked in some kind of unidentifiable watery juice which made the hard Tostada soggy. What prompts M E Perihuete to soak a hard Tostada shell with water? unbelievable! The Chilaquiles were bad. They were so spicy I could not taste my food. Overall, the service was bad the lady who served us was busy laughing and giggling with the male customers instead of attending to her tables. I have to say the obvious about the waitresses here, to be as nice as I can put it, their lips stand out as plungers, the chest, and behind well, so obvious they were not normal... The service was bad and the food was not the best. Pricey. Plenty of parking.
