Terrible customer service, the food was so dry I tried to be so nice about it the waitress was nice about it offered 20% off the food I understood bc I had ate some already but then when I got to the register Yadira was the cashier and she had the worst attitude she snapped at me bc I made a remark about the food just awful I told her I worked in retail and understood she got smart with me I would never go back there she honestly made me so mad I don't have her working there, she's a grown woman she shouldn't be snapping at me the way she did. If it were for the friendly service they wouldn't even get one star. I purchased eight dishes for an office in tried two of them, The chicken burrito and their Campechana coktel. This place was sold recently and was "remodeled" sad to say this WAS my favorite overall mariscos and traditional sinaloa food. I tried to give them time to adjust but they cant seem to get it together. Customer service hasn't always been on point but they're food used to make up for it. Now that cant even save them. Not to mention that if you dont like the food they wont give you a refund or even try something else. Very disappointed i love their food, today i bought 2 dozens of oysters and literally they cut the oysters in half, i went in to order about 10 minutes before i left to the bakery across the street i came back and the oysters were still not ready at this point it had been about 25 minutes to get 2 dozen of oysters. Let me start off by saying that this resturant has dissappinted me today! We show up, and had to wait 20mins for a restaurant that wasn't that busy. We get our name called and the lady didn't bother to hold the door for us, she literally let the door close in front of my face. She then walked us over to a dirty table, when I asked her for something to clean the table with she grabbed the menus and threw them on top of the table behind us. I was trying to keep it cool, because i'm all about customer service. This resturant doesn't have that. As a Sinaloense myself, and knowing full well the regional cuisine of my state, I have to admit that this place is pretty authentic and stays true to Sinaloa's culinary traditions. This place serves cebada which is a staple drink in my state and, honestly, tastes better and more delicious than horchata. My favorite dish here is torta de pierna because it tastes delicious and, once again, the flavor stays true to what it should taste like. I give it 4 stars and not 5 because they don't serve their carne asada tacos is flour tortilla like they do in Sinaloa and Sonora. read more

First things first, they have the best horchata in town. It's foamy and ice cold. The micheladas are really good as well, they have two versions and both are super tasty. It also depends on the waitress you have, if they're younger then they probably don't know how to make a legit one. The ceviche is fresh. The shrimp tacos are my usual here. Waitress Luz very rude doesn't say good morning or please or thank you. I ordered chilaquiles rojos. They were awful they tasted as if they added canned salsa on chips that were not even fried on the spot. They add Monterrey cheese which I thought was off for a Mexican 100 sinaloense location. I asked if the cheese can be replaced with queso fresco instead at which luz informed me it would vea 3 dollar charge. I was not ordering an extra side of cheese it was a replacement. I understand that's not the waitress fault it's the restaurant policy. Waitress didn't check on us unless I called her over to refill my coffee again no conversation ensued I would expect to ask if everything is good. At the end we finished and went to the register to pay. Luz saw us and went to print my check. She handed over to me without a word said. Again expected to hear thank you for coming. We ordered the Seafood Molcajete and the Botana embrujada.Both were kind of the same thing...Mix of all kinds of seafood,cucumbers,onions,lemon and spices. Then, my mom order the flautas,my sister the taquitos and i order the gorditas. Flautas(3), Taquitos (3),Gorditas (4).They are served with the consome(soup) like in Sinaloa. I tried them all,but the gorditas were the best. For drinks we order the Cebada,they were worth the drive.I had like 4 glasses!! You should try the Cebada drink,it is sweet but good. Overall,The gorditas and Cebada were good,very close to those they sell in Sinaloa.Seafood is Ok, but dont expect too much,you can have the same at other restaurants.The chips are good and i didnt like the salsa..... I was introduced to El Sinaloense about 2 years ago and ever since its been my favorite Mexican food restaurant besides home cooking. Everything and I mean beans and rice included (except the orange rice, it's uncle bens. Lol!) , tastes bomb. I would love to recommend three different dishes from here. 1. Camarones Culichi 2. Empanadas de Marlyn 3. Fajitas de Camaron Those have been my favorite so far but everything is good. The best part of it all is that the prices are reasonable. They are a popular place in Paramount that even famous people go. One time, my brother and my cousin and I went to go have breakfast. Beside us a group of guys sat down. We knew they looked familiar but we weren't too sure. Turns out it was Los Plebes Del Rancho. My friend also went once and she saw El Coyote. The point is, this place is BOMB! I ordered the barabacoa plate and much to my surprise I found out the beans and the barbacoa have pork. I don't eat pork at all for any reason.The waitress said she could not switch out the plate and I would have to pay for it. I give this place one star because in my eyes the customer is always right. She could have done it one time being as I never been here and did not know they add pork on there barbacoa. Never have I herd of barbacoa having pork anywhere.
