We ordered the quesadilla and 3taco plate. The items were decent but the rice was very dry. The tortillas were fresh and possibly homemade. We also ordered the chips and guac. The guac was delicious and fresh, the chips were not, lots of broken pieces like the end of a day old batch. The inside is very nice but there were several dirty tables and no one else dining. The music playing was rap music, didn't really fit the vibe. I might try again, but went back because the taco plate was so good on my last visit a few months ago so not consistent. The service wasn't bad but wasn't great either. We were the only ones in there and had to ask for utensils and a refill. We were still eating and she asked if we were ready to pay. I just said sure bring the check, but literally was chewing when she asked. I figured since it was a late lunch for us she just was ready to go home. She was kind and responsive to our needs.

"Big Tacos" - these aren't big at all. They're basically the size of Taco Bell's small hardshell tacos, except almost twice the price and half the quality. The ground beef was dry and bland. The shells had the same texture, consistency, and flavor that you'd find in a cheap box of DIY shells from ALDI, except worse. "Rolled Tacos" - these are taquitos. Just call them what they are. Again, the meat was dry and bland. Tasted like it came out of a pre-made frozen box that they sprinkled some shredded cheese on before heating up. "Cheese Quesdilla" - this was 100% just straight up microwaved. At no point did the tortillas touch a hot pan. To add insult to injury, they put sour cream INSIDE the quesadilla before microwaving it, causing the sour cream to become hot, broken down, and of course making the microwaved quesadilla even soggier. Apparently no one told them sour cream is supposed to be a COLD condiment. The best part about our visit was the drive thru, which wasn't great, either. The person repeated our order wrong no fewer than 3 times at the speaker, and again no fewer than 3 times at the window. The person wasn't rude or unfriendly by any means; just seemed like their manager set them up to fail by providing little to no training for the role.

I paid over $30.00 and the order was completely wrong. I got home and took the time to call, and at first I was told if you come back I will refund you and remake your food. That was a bait and switch. I had to waste another 20 minutes of my time driving back expecting to be refunded due to their error and have my order made correctly. They did remake my food but the enchiladas were small and skinny and the tacos the beef was burnt and I was not refunded. So I wasted an hour of my time and 30 dollars of my hard-earned money. It's one thing to mess up someone's order and promise to fix it but when they get there you don't honor what you say on the phone. Again save your money and time, don't eat there.
