Apparently no one told them sour cream is supposed to be a COLD condiment. The best part about our visit was the drive thru, which wasn't great, either. The person repeated our order wrong no fewer than 3 times at the speaker, and again no fewer than 3 times at the window. The person wasn't rude or unfriendly by any means; just seemed like their manager set them up to fail by providing little to no training for the role.
