It comes with chips and salsa. The shredded chicken in the burrito was ALMOST on the dry side but still worth ordering it again. Been here several times. Food is always delicious. Never had an issue with service. The restaurant has a few tables to dine in. Came here for lunch on Thursday. Food order and food service was done quickly, within 10mins it felt like. Our server after that was nonexistent. She never came back to our table once to ask if we wanted a refill on our drinks or more chips and salsa. Why I rated this business 4 Stars. They weren't busy. She just didn't want to work, sadly. On this Wednesday night , Jan. 21,2026 I had the worst experience ever from a the 17 year old server named Morrisett. I calmly explained that I've used a similar coupon before . She said well all coupons expire ( duh) but this was not the case . Then when I asked to speak with a manager, Antonio , he stated they needed a scanner to scan the coupon . Which they never did before . I asked so are you telling me you are not going to accept it , he said he needed a print out . BULLCRAP!!!! Then he says well I'll take this time ! I'm thinking I'm never coming g back again so it won't be a second time Then the server says well I'm 17 you can't ask for my name , haha! You chose this profession. The good: My family stopped by this place while we were walking around for an Easter event today. I got a #12 (meat, rice, beans, guacamole and a side of tortillas) and a shrimp burrito. I loved my shrimp burrito. The shrimp were a great texture and were very saucy and flavorful. It was very different than any other burrito I've had before. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. There are TVs inside for entertainment. The menu is huge and offers lunch specials. They give free circular tortilla chips and salsa. The guacamole was spicy in the dinner plate and the food and plate came out super hot. They had fun booth style seats with colorful Mexican carvings. The bad: My burrito was supposed to have avocado in it but it had none. I wish there was more lettuce in my burrito. The bathroom could've smelled fresher. There were no baby changing tables. Been coming to eat here for over 10 years never had a issue until this past Saturday. I placed a phone order to pick up I ordered 8 plates. I arrived to pick the order the girl charged me and give me to bags only, I noticed we had no salsa and tostadas. I asked for some and gave me bad attitude saying I put some already, I proceeded to show her the 2 bags at the point she threw some salsa and tostadas with bad attitude. At point my sister said let's check the order and in front of her we took out the food in front her and to our surprise we were missing 2 plates. We took her and once's again she gave us bad attitude saying I gave you all the food and was you gave us 2 bags and we haven't moved from here we took all the food in front you. She wasn't helpful at all. Had to talk to one of the cooks. He was so helpful and professional he kept saying sorry and made our 2 missing plates the waitress/cashier kept arguing telling us that we are slowing her down to leave. I told her if she would have gave us our correct order we would have been home enjoying our food. I will not return to El Burrito Grill as long as she works there. I've been looking for a go-to Mexican restaurant since moving to my area a few years ago - one with good food and at reasonable prices. I think I've found it here. My favorite items include the flautas and fajitas but the chile relleno and chimichangas were pretty good as well. My husband loves their burritos. I like that the rice is soft and not greasy. My favorite thing here is their salsa however. It's so good and often buy extra to take home. This place is small but have never seen it super busy although I usually come between typical meal times to avoid waits if possible. read more

I ordered it wet with green sauce. I added beans. The flavor was good and the meat was tender. Next time I'll order it with beans, no tomatoes or cilantro. The server may have been overwhelmed but after serving us, she didn't offer refills, or come back to give us our bill. We had to get up to add a to go order and pay. She was polite and professional. Unfortunately, Mi Casa was closed today. So we thought we'd try El Burrito Grill. Big mistake! Everyone hated their meal. The "tamales" are just a lump of soft crumbly dough, with a couple CHUNKS of beef thrown on top! (See photo with a chunk of crumbled dough near the fork. The entire tamale was just in pieces. Guess they don't want to make separate chicken and beef tamales, so they make them with NOTHING in them! They don't even shred the beef and it is not baked INSIDE the tamale! Lazy. Couldn't even FIND my tamale as there were refried beans all over the "tamale" and enchilada, and under them too. One big mess and everything tasted the same, and it wasn't a pleasant taste! The tortillas were not anything like soft, floury tortillas. They were tasteless and hard and felt like you were biting into a sheet of wax paper. The "salsa" was almost purely water and you couldn't scoop any into the chips, it just ran off. Most all of our orders went in the trash. What happened to this place?? Never again. read more

The staff was welcoming as soon as I stepped in the door. The "Cocina" is open and viewable. It's almost like your getting food and a show while you watch the staff work their magic.
