So i was going to give this place 4 stars. Service was great and efficient . My husbands bacon and sausage skillet was amazing. I got the banana stuffed french toast which was good but very very sugary.... which if you like sugar go for it but it was too much for me. The thing that made me dock a star is that a small cold brew was 6$ and a orange juice was 6.50$. We are on vacation and this was our most expensive meal of the trip and for breakfast with no alcohol i dont know. read more

The crab Benedict was amazing! My husband got that. Everything else was just ok. I got the crab omelette not very flavorful. My son got the stuffed French toast. He said it tasted like a funnel cake because it deep fried. The wait they quoted me was 15 minutes and we waited 50 minutes. read more

This has made its way into my brunch/breakfast fav list. I had the Huevos Rancheros and found it to be my 2nd fav iteration ever. Served over a fried tortilla shell with over easy eggs, avocado, cilantro, black beans, tomatoes and other spices. It was fantastic! My wife enjoyed her enchilada. While they have a pretty expansive menu that also includes non-breakfast items, EJ's is definitely a place for all your breakfast needs. After reading a handful of positive Yelp reviews about the stuffed French toast, the decision was easy. Full disclaimer: If you're not ready for French toast on crack then DO NOT order this. This thing is stuffed with bananas, fried and then covered in cinnamon and sugar and more sugar. If you're familiar with churros, then this is what you can expect as a base for the flavor profile. And obviously churros are amazing and this French toast was also amazing. Would get it several times over. My gf went with the skillet which was also pretty good but hard to compete with the sugar dipped/covered/layered, banana filled, blessed by God French toast. read more

Wonderful spot for breakfast! Benedict was perfectly cooked, scrambles super tasty, love the huge cups of coffee. I always enjoy when I come into EJ's. The food is always freshly made & I love they have the open concept kitchen so you can see what's going on. Parking can be a bit of a hassle and at times you may have to walk a little ways just because of the buildings and the design of the driveway area. The staff is friendly but not always super attentive. The Smoked Salmon Benedict is always a go-to breakfast item for me, although I have also tried their skillets which are pretty great. For lunch I always suggest the stuffed pineapple. If you try out EJ's you won't be disappointed with their food. Happy Eating. Enjoy. :) read more

Hands down the best omelette I've ever had. I got the EJ's omelette, and if you are a corned beef hash fan, this is a must for you to try. The hash brown that it comes with is out of this world. It tastes like a casserole we always have for Thanksgiving except better. So the only downside is that when I'm eating my favorite side dish this Thanksgiving I'm just going to be wanting EJ's instead. Jonathan was also the best server ever! read more

This spot was pretty amazing! I got the Cajun chicken salad and it was delicious. However there was a lot of onions in the salad. I had to remove it and it was like a quarter of the onion was in the salad. They also added sliced cucumbers which I found pretty strange. The chicken strips were pretty big.The chipotle dressing was really good. You get a good portion for what you paid for. The service was amazing. Our server was sweet, friendly, and gave us time to look at the menu and took our order quickly. Definitely a cute breakfast spot. My boyfriend got the waffle platter and he loved it. He just felt like they should've swapped the pineapple to banana. But overall, great place! read more

Was looking forward to a nice relaxing Sunday brunch. Asked to be seated outside. Thought the name "bayfront" meant views of the bay but that was not the case. Instead we were seated next to the bar, with a lot of noise coming from the kitchen and from within the small dining room. Staff were going in and out of the cooler just past our table, which kept bringing blasts of cold air on my back.
