Two incredible experiences while back in my hometown. Earlier in the week, my son wanted to stop by for an Asiago, sausage, egg and cheese sandwich- it was so good, we had to come back for another round. Huge shoutout to Dom, Tevin, and Mike for serving up delicious food and making my son's mornings in the city even better. Appreciate you guys.

Consistent quality compared to other locations. Service was quick and efficient. The bagel was toasted well and the coffee was hot. Overall a great experience.

The pretzel bagel was amazing, everything was quick. Really enjoyed it and would definitely come back!

We were in town for a martial arts tournament and Einstein Bros came in clutch with healthy, delicious breakfast options. The staff was always friendly and the service was quick every time we stopped in. I highly recommend the avocado toast. I also enjoyed the garden avocado egg sandwich. At this particular location, there was plenty of seating, so we often ate the meal on the spot rather than grabbing it to go. I'm going to remember this spot for next year!

Happily eating a plant based diet that excludes all dairy for 3 years now! Now that that is out of the way Einstein Bros has VEGAN cream cheese otherwise known as dairy free shmear. I believe it's daiya cream cheese. As a non meat eating dairy avoiding human I always get the hummus veg out and it's so delicious NO MEAT NO PROBLEM on an ancient grains bun. So happy to have yet another vegan option in town.

The bagels bought from here are not eatable. They look so ugly... wanted to give zero star.

Well what can be said about a chain? The food always looks good but most times tastes awful and it's expensive. I paid $10 for a bagel sandwich that was stale, a Coke and bag of chips. Just not worth the money at all.

Out here in the North Hills, we've been stuck with chain options -- so when Three Brothers Bagels came to Shaler, it really helped fill a void. This place is a great destination for all kinds of bagels, bagel sandwiches, baked goods AND really, really good soup. My personal favorite so far has been the potato leek soup with bagel croutons. It was so good that I'd love to see it become a menu staple rather than just a special. As for the bagels themselves, the selection strikes a nice balance of savory and sweet, and the spreads and fillings follow suit. What I especially love is that the sandwiches go beyond just breakfast -- there are creative, lunch-style options that set them apart. And yes, their bagels are chewy and might give your jaw a workout after a whole sandwich, but honestly... isn't that just what a bagel is? Tip: Make sure you get there early or plan to order ahead this place is SO popular and regularly sells out. I'm also looking forward to seeing their food truck out and about. Highly recommend for anyone in the North Hills looking for quality bagels, sandwhiches, soups and some genuinely great baked goods!

The Speckled Egg provided the upscale and elevated breakfast, that was a nice contrast to the rustic and local breakfast we had the next day. Our waitress was friendly and professional. After some deliberation, I went with a bowl that included eggs, chicken sausage, sweet potatoes and a nice garnish of dill. The dill surprisingly elevated the whole dish. My wife enjoyed an omelette. Coffee was also quite good! Nice start to a day of sightseeing! (The restaurant staff gave great advice about the nearby tourist attractions)

He was courteous, well spoken and friendly. We sat there for about 10-12 minutes. No one approached the table. We looked over to what appeared to be a bar area and we saw two servers standing there talking and showing each other their phones. My wife said, "With our luck, one of those two is our server." Sure enough, when they were finally done talking, one came over to our table....no smile and a big audible sigh. She asked what we wanted to drink, we gave our order and she returned with our beverages. After another 10 minute wait she came back to take our order. When asked about a certain dish, came another big sigh, eye roll and and a rote description of said dish. The food arrived and one of the orders was wrong. Another wait to get her attention. We asked for the item to be redone as we had ordered it. And she even asked how we wanted it! You got it...another eye roll and a big sigh. At least she was well oxygenated! The dish came back with the very same results. On that issue we gave up. Then came the wait for the check. Once again the two servers were chatting, no heads turned to check on their tables. My son went over to get the check. When the check arrived, it was attitude city. She accused us of picking on her because she was only a server. It's obviously how she saw herself. We then asked for the manager who was quick to side with the server. She said that nothing seemed to satisfy us and that we had a problem. IN SHARP CONTRAST. I have been to the Speckled Egg on the South Side many times. From the Host/Hostess to the servers to the bus staff, everyone had a smile, chatted with their customers, laughed and it was always a great experience. The manager came over since he recognized me from being there many times and we chatted for a minute. We are talking Night and Day. Completely two different experiences from server to management styles. To me there is only one Speckled Egg and one complete waste of time (Downtown).
