It is almond cake, raspberry filling, and butter cream icing. The sheets of music are Happy Birthday. The birthday girl plays a flute in an adult band. She loved the cake. Everyone at the restaurant was craning their necks to get a look at the cake (and hoped for an offer of a slice). The cake was moist, generous raspberry filling, and not overly sweet icing. Yum!
