The sauce was entirely different from any pizza we have ever had at Sforno - it was bland and almost flavorless which is 180° from any pizza we have had before. It's a shame when a restaurant of any kind cheapens and or cuts back on quality ingredients for whatever reason - was the second story addition added to soon for the business to support? Did winning the Trib Live Best of the Best 2025 award listed on the door make them complacent? We will never know - but it's extremely disappointing to see this happen to a place that was fantastic up until now.
