I've tried the regular pizza (cheese and pepperoni) and the buffalo chicken. Both were cooked perfectly and had just the right amount of ingredients. I've also had a hoagie. Bread was perfectly toasted and the meat was piled on. It was a great choice as well. They offer delivery and the driver was courteous and efficient. The one down side is that apparently they have an answering service if you call before the physical location opens or if the line is busy. There was a slight miscommunication as a result (we were told they couldn't take our delivery order before the store opened but that wasn't the case) but the situation was remedied and they were apologetic. Even the tone of the friendliness changes depending on the day of the week. I recently went there on a weekday after work and most people there knew each other, but it was more of a calm and relaxing environment then when I went there on a Saturday evening. Many of the people in there seem to know each other, but if you are new, it is still very welcoming. Bartenders will bring you into the conversation that they are having with other people there who are clearly regulars. you can tell how homey it is because on a recent visit there I heard two people who were leaving, but said "I'll be back" meaning they were coming back later that day. Everybody appeared to be having a good time, but nobody was drunk or obnoxious.
