Was here after the rushed breakfast crowd I got a special breakfast in brew. Same issues as before staff isn't really pleasant. They're very short you can't ask questions.. The tables are dirty trash is overflowing.. when they wipe the table it's with a cloth. It's in a red bucket thing for multiple tables.. I'm sure that's a health issue waiting to happen. This location is still the same as the last time I came thought I'd try and give him another chance. East Ranch location is just not the best bet.

Took my youngest daughter here for the first in years and she loved it. Menu caters to almost all dietary restrictions - and saw new bagel options I've never seen in other bagel shops. (They get a Bonus for decent pricing too.) I ordered a spinach cheese, veggie spread bagel and my daughter ordered the turkey club with asiago bagel. My daughter loved it so much, she wants us to go back and try the other items on their menu. 8 out of 10 for me, enjoy!

To think I used to eat here two to three times a week. I had so many go to items that I loved. How negligent do you have to be on food safety and sanitation to end up with a vermin infestation???!!!! Rest assured when they reopen I will NOT be back.

I have been coming to this location for over a decade. Service can be slow at times due to their popularity but they do their best. One of the staff members was so helpful last time. She patiently assisted me with the app so I can get a free coffee. She then helped me get hot sauce and napkins even though these items were already on the self-help counter and I just missed them! I have also spilled coffee on another visit and the staff didn't complain or give me attitude. I apologized profusely and they just cleaned it up without a fuss. I am back again today and I had great service again. I finally got the name of the gentleman who helped me this time. His name was Elie. I want to thank everyone who has patiently assisted me in the past and say I appreciate you! Now onto the ambiance, I love coming here because the minute I swing the heavy glass entrance door open, I am greeted with the pleasant smells of toasted bagels and coffee. It feels and tastes like breakfast. My favorite coffee is their vanilla hazelnut coffee. It is aromatic, nutty and lightly sweet. My favorite breakfast sandwich is their egg, tomato, avocado and bacon sandwich under their "Classic Eggs" menu. I also love their blueberry and cranberry bagels, just by themselves, or toasted with butter or cream cheese. My second favorite breakfast sandwich is from their "Signature Eggs" menu. It is the Chipotle Sunrise. That sandwich is flavorful, spicy and filling. I always split that with my son. My daughter likes their pepperoni pizza bagels from their "Deli Lunch" menu. There is really something for everyone if you are a bagel lover. For Valentine's Day, they offer these special heart-shaped bagels. I have special ordered them every year and absolutely adored them for the added ambiance to a very special holiday.

Avocado Veg Out Sandwich, $8.19 prior to tax
Vic C.

This Einstein Bros. Bagels is located in the same plaza as Wells Fargo, specifically two doors down from Wells Fargo. I stopped by this location with my husband this past Saturday morning. I made my order online for in store pick up. I was glad to see that my order was already in the pick up shelf when I arrived. An employee had helped me find my bag and the same for my husband. Then we walked back to our car. Anyways, this is what I ordered: Avocado Veg Out Sandwich, $8.19 prior to tax- This sandwich came with a small bag of chips, which was missing from my order initially. The bagel this sandwich was on was "thin" in which you can choose to have your bagel thin. But I did not choose that so I was annoyed that happened. Also my sandwich was not cut in half like my husband's breakfast sandwich orders (and the sandwiches are supposed to automatically come cut in half, so that it is easier to eat). The sandwich itself was good and liked that it was packed with plenty of vegetables. Twice Baked Hash Brown, $1.99 prior to tax- I ordered this for my husband, in which he thought it was okay. I had a bite and at least glad it was hot. But I wouldn't really call this a hash brown, as it was mostly egg and reminded me more of a mini quiche. There was only a little bit of potato in the middle but it wasn't crunchy like you would expect for a hash brown. Farmhouse Egg Sandwich, 1 egg, $8.19 prior to tax- Just like my vegetable sandwich, this egg sandwich was not cut in half. My mom ate this and liked the breakfast sandwich though. ------------------------------------ (Total= $20.36 after tax) It is a good thing that I double checked the contents of what was in my bag because I was missing 2 items (the twice baked hash brown and small bag of chips). If I did not, then I most likely would not have driven back for those items but would have been a bit disappointed and annoyed. When I had informed an employee near the pick up shelf, this employee looked at my bag and then told me that she will make sure to fix it. She took my bag with the gloves she was wearing making a sandwich and then gave it to another employee. Then she went back to preparing the sandwich she was working on. Because that employee touched my brown bag, she should have changed gloves before going back to working on the sandwich she was working on. Shortly after, I was given my bag again, which included the missing items. When I first arrived, the place was packed and think it is possible if I went on a week day, maybe my order would not have missed anything. I think in the future, if I was to come back to this location, I would probably just come on a week day instead.

Sorry, tiny little bagels not even toasted.
Dave F.

Another corporate mess. Panera Brands ownership. Bagels are tiny and depressing. What service? I asked for my bagel to be twice toasted. The person helping me looked at me very perplexed as to what I meant. Gave me some lame Excuse that they had just been removed from the oven so he couldn't toast it twice. This isn't a neighborhood bagel spot. People come around here because of options or lack there of. If another family owned bagel spot opened, this location would close and it would fold up quickly. And for the business manager, who will respond to this review, asking me to respond to einsteinbrothers.com/contact with details of my visit so that you can give your corporate directives and sincere apologies??? Fake Don't even bother.

I've been trying to find a good bagel spot close to me and I'm sooo happy we came across this spot. They had such a big selection of bagels and very good breakfast sandwiches. It was super busy but we still got our food super quick and delicious.

First time here. We chose Everything All Bagel + Jalapeño Cheddar as our bread and it did not disappoint! I had an amazing first experience with customer service. Food was delicious, I would come back if I was in the area.

Chorizo Sunrise Egg Sandwich & caramel cream Cold Brew
Amber L.

Best sandwich ever!! I was a little hesitant with the cream cheese since I've only ever had regular cream Cheese on my bagels. I'm glad I didn't change anything it's my new go to! The cold brew is decent, can be a little on the sweeter side but it does the job. Order ahead if you're in a hurry but if not the line to order goes by quick. Waiting for your food is what takes the longest.

Courtney C.

I ordered an onion bagel toasted with broiled cheddar and tomato. Completely unacceptable. You wouldn't only put cream cheese on part of a bagel - don't serve something you can't be proud of. Complete disappointment. The bearded, tattooed man with a shaved head could have cared less about my dissatisfaction.

Whomever bakes the bagels should put a timer on. The plain bagels are baked so dark, they are borderline black.

The shop itself is very small and didn't feel very cozy to me. Not a place I'd want to linger. The coffee was excellent. And order communicated to a person in the back and brought out to me. Their pastry selection seemed very limited and did not seem to be made in house. I did have an almond croissant that was fresh and nice. I would be tempted to go back and try one of their bagel sandwiches. Good to find a place for a nice cuppa.

I was so excited to finally try them after seeing a lot of hype on social media and reading reviews too. I tried to order the new Salmon Roe bagel. I also saw it advertised on the counter. After I ordered, the cashier went to the back, and I overheard her asking who I assumed makes the bagels, if they knew how to make the new bagel. Then she came back and said, it's actually unavailable right now and removed the little advertisement on the counter I saw. I was confused, but I don't think she knew I heard her entire conversation. But I was understanding and gave benefit of the doubt that they were underprepared versus just didn't want to make it... So, I went ahead and ordered 2 lox instead, one on the squid ink bagel. It was nothing special, and way too expensive. The squid ink just tasted like a regular bagel that has been colored, in my opinion. The salmon and tomato felt fresh and was okay, but it's something I could have definitely made at home, especially with that price. It was very underwhelming for what's advertised. It just felt like straight up cream cheese. I haven't tried the other location but I'm hoping it's a better experience than this.

This isn't a restaurant more so a bagel stand. Outdoor seating only. Ambiance is - take your food and sit outside. Which is fine. It's California so plenty of bagels OPTIONS, which is good for the consumer, not so sure if it is for the business model but that's not for me to decide. What makes this a 3 star review is the cream cheese option, or the shmear. $2 for shmear is outrageous. The app doesn't give you the option to have it on the side - I don't know how clean your knife is. If you're going to charge me $2, at least give me the option to have it on the side. I'd much prefer that option than the OPTION of 34 different types of bagels that probably are thrown out at the end of the night. Then when you want cream cheese on the side - there isn't a small packet offered for a nominal fee, but rather a minuscule $2 option or a $5 tub of cream cheese. No thanks. Silly. I'll just go to Trader Joe's and stock up on whipped cream cheese for $2.99 Bagel is good! Love the plain, everything, and cinnamon raisin!

1. Another perfect Los Angeles day. Woke up and the weather outside was yanking me out of bed…read more Before I could even put my clothes on, I could feel Jess & Kora on the other side. Waiting for me. Waiting for us to get lunch at Belle's. Life was good. But what's even better than good? Great. Life was about to be great. 2. On the way in I saw a strange man outside wearing sunglasses. He looked at me. Friend or foe? I ran through a list of my options. Run. Stand my ground. Kiss. But then I realized I recognized him. This wasn't a stranger. This was a friend. 3. "Hey," I said. "Hey," he said back at me. Casey. We knew each other. I mentioned I was about to dine at Belle's and he immediately complimented the establishment. "Do you know who Harry Mack is?" I told him I didn't. "He's a freestyle rapper on tiktok. I saw him eating here once. I told him I like his videos when we were both in the bathroom." In the bathroom? Or in the line for the bathroom? I didn't follow up with any questions and left the conversation bewildered. 4. I sat down inside, waiting for Jess & Kora. We had eaten here together many times and this excited me. Nothing quite like eating lunch with your friends. The only thing better would be if you were getting massages from beautiful men and women. The thought brought a smile to my face. The kind of smile that hurts your cheeks so much that you wish pain was only temporary. 5. Jess showed up. Shortly after Kora did as well. The boys were back at it again. I looked around. I could tell everybody was aware of who we were and what we were doing. I even caught a stray look from a table of three men that was tinged with a tear. Jealous of the friendship we so effortlessly commanded. It was as if we were massaging each other's minds with our words. This is the kind of experience one can expect while in the presence of Zed C. from Yelp. The kind of experience you read online and think is fake but is actually realer than reality. The kind of experience that can only be contained with two slices of bagel. 6. From the jump, we were talking Area 51. The laughs were as plentiful as the refills on our cups of coffee (frequent!) But the happiness could only take us so far. It was only a matter of time until we began looking at the walls and the photos that covered them. Photos of people, of bagels, of everything that wasn't... us. There wasn't a photo on the wall of us. Zed C. from Yelp and Jess & Kora. I don't believe in divine justice, but we do what we can to form some level of fairness in a galaxy bent on chaos. Entropy consumes us all but... if Belle's could put a photograph of the three of us on their wall... maybe hope isn't just a false promise of what's to come. Maybe life could exceed great and become... excellent. The same tear I saw in the stranger's eye populated Jess' eye. Kora's eye. & mine as well. We shut our eyes and pretended that this moment never happened. The boys were back at it once again! 7. Our food arrived. I had ordered the ECA, the egg, cheese and avocado mash bagel. Everything. At home I only get plain because the seeds go everywhere making my kitchen into a literal hellscape. Here at Belle's? I indulge myself. So what if a seed doesn't land on the plate. They'll clean it up. They always do. It's why we keep coming back. That and the quality of the food. The ECA is encased in a god-tier bagel with the type of eggs that are so fluffy you could've sworn you bit into a cloud. Every bite is a reminder of the strength of modern civilization and the many sacrifices we make to be a part of something bigger (and tastier) than our own selves. 8. Eventually the conversation spilled over the edge and one of us waved a server down. One that we were friendly with. "How can we get our photo on the wall?" She wasn't receptive. But she offered a possibility... "We could put a mirror on the wall and you'd see yourself on the wall." Jess laughed loudly and as she left he told us, "She thinks we're stupid." & you know what? If she did we'd be okay with it. Because that's the type of guys we are. We roll with the punches and get down with the lunches. 9. I'd like to quickly respond to the review written by "S A." in which they said "This place is NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY" because they were forced to wait in line like everybody else. Because of their "hungry kids" they wanted everybody else to get behind them. Sounds like your "family" isn't RESTAURANT FRIENDLY. Maybe it's about time you got in line and learned to respect the rules of the culinary tradition known as "waiting until it's your turn". 10. I left Belle's feeling better than I did when I walked in. I was refreshed, I was quenched. I patted my belly and let out a sigh. Life was great. It was all downhill from here. Then I turned around and looked at Belle's. A reminder of what was to come. The boys would be back at it once again. I smiled a final time. This time it was permanent. I've never stopped smiling since.
