Came in on a Thursday afternoon for lunch and this spot was packed! Fortunately, the food came out relatively fast as this is one of the larger-staffed locations. They have a small army of paper hats working back there! I'm always impressed on how they're able to make things fresh and keep up with the dozens of orders coming from the drive through and the counter. Inside is clean as they have a roving staffer dedicated to wiping the the tables and cleaning things up. Lots of room inside and even a few outdoor tables with umbrellas. This is one of the better locations for an In-N-Out as there's plenty of parking outside. There's even a couple of spots for EV charging. A good time was had by all. read more

Too good to be true. Since their opening Sept 2025, we've came to this location more than I'd like to admit, but I digress. The consistency of the burgers is off. We've brought burgers home only to find that the buns were burned, the beef patties have been close to charred, wrong orders other times food up to in n out standards. There's been times when we've dined in and there's no one wiping tables so we've had to ask someone to do it, other times there's been a designated person doing all this. The bathrooms sometimes clean sometimes not. and it's not due to the time of day cus we've been here during rush hour, light hours drive thru and dine in.... Not sure that I have seen same employees there, seems there's often new faces. HOWEVER, one thing that we thought was being maintained was the customer service but that changed instantly with last nights visit. The register young man, Dylan was quite something. He was not welcoming whatsoever- it was like he was upset we came in. When ordering his face was stone cold, no manners, tone of voice was rude. We were being naturally courteous but he was not returning the manners. He had a condescending tone & expressionless face. Not sure of his age, but it honestly reminded me of a teenager whose parents had reprimanded him and now he had an attitude. It's like cmon you're at the register face to face with people. it's an interaction of a few minutes with each paying customer If you can't deal with the volume of people interaction, that's not the place for you. Anyway, one of the young ladies wiping tables over heard my husband and I discussing the experience and she approached us and asked me what's going on. I explained it to her and she apologized on his behalf and said she'd bring the manger over to talk to us. Couple of minutes went by and she came back and said I told the supervisor and they will have a talk with him. I could be wrong but there was no obvious supervisor there (or at least one that took the complaint seriously) at nearly 10pm. Within 5 mins that same young lady, the register young man and another young man that was wiping tables, were exchanging laughs, not sure about that. We didn't ask for the manager nor did we need to see the manager because we weren't looking to get anything. But anyway, yea this in n out is mid, like rest. Hit or miss. read more

Huge shoutout to Chris B., who handled my big, detailed order (with all my "animal crazy" mods ) like a pro -- patient, efficient, and friendly the whole way through. And when the order came out, Tristan (manager) went above and beyond by organizing everything into separate bags labeled for each of my colleagues. Seriously... who does that anymore? That kind of attention to detail is rare, and it made the whole experience smooth, easy, and honestly impressive. This is one of the newly opened locations so it is very clean, new, and spacious! It's open daily 10:30am-1am Parking can be difficult especially on the weekends since it's located in a busy shopping plaza. However, they have their own parking lot but it's small. Menu is simple and prices are very affordable! Hamburger & cheeseburger are both under $5 and the double is $6.35! Such a good deal! There are 3 different combos - both hamburger & cheesburger Combo are below $10 and Double Double Combo is only $11.20! Service was so friendly and welcoming despite being busy! There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating! Love that some of the tables are reserved for the disabled! The cheeseburger was so delicious! The patty was so juicy and not too dry or overcooked. The lettuce and tomato was so fresh! This was definitely one of the best and most affordable burgers I've had so this was 9/10 The French Fries ($2.40) were so fresh and crispy! Not too salty or greasy! Love that the fries come without any salt and there are pepper/salt packets so I can make my own adjustments! Finally visited the Monrovia In-N-Out! The drive through path is carved in a way that does not disrupt the parking lot nor street traffic. The staff and service is fantastic. I have a very specific order I like to get at In-N-Out, at the person taking my order gets it right on the nail immediately. After ordering, you're asked to merge behind a car from the other lane. This is efficiently! The burger and fries were great, standard In-n-Out quality. I got the fries and cheese burger with green onion, an sauces on the side. There's indoor seating with the classic In-N-Out look and feel. This is great for if you're not ordering take-out nor eating in the car. Finally came for lunch at this brand new location. We came on a Sunday after church but I liked that it wasn't super busy like the location on Santa Anita. It's in a plaza with ample parking and there's even a couple of charging stations for you EV. Ordering was quick and the employees are super nice, helpful and patient. They were even given out free hot chocolate to the kids cause it was raining. Unfortunately the hot chocolate didn't taste great. My son said it was watered down. No worries, it was free and not what we came for. Double double animal style is where it's at. But not for me cause I can no longer eat cheese. Dang old age. Anyways, I got a hamburger animal style and it was just as delish and filling. My kids both got the double doubles animal style except they messed up on my daughter's and forgot to make it anima style. They fixed it immediately though and let us keep the original burger as well. So yay to lunch for tomorrow. We got fries and I got mine with grilled onions. I also go extra spread so I could put on the fries. A good hack to get animal style fries without the cheese and price tag. My daughter also got her new fav shake - Neapolitan. She said it's like a fruity chocolate shake. Doesn't sound awesome to me but to each their own. There's a good amount of seating indoors and we saw tables outside as well. I have been eagerly waiting for this location to open ever since it was announced. This in n out not only has indoor seating but also plentiful parking space compared to the arcadia location. Food is the in n out standard, very delicious for its price. I always get a hamburger with extra lettuce, extra tomato, whole grilled onions and a fries light well. It has not disappointed me so far. I don't know how anyone can give this Jn N Out a low score! This is the first time I dined in an In N Out and I have the best experience ever for a long time. Arrived at around 11:15am on a school holiday. It's surprisingly not that packed (unlike the on Santa Anita Arcadia which lined up a few blocks). We picked to dine in, order and the food comes up pretty fast (again compare to other In n Out time line! This place is clean, a few staff constantly cleaning and asking if they can help in any way. The seating's are lovely for small group (4 or less). A few outdoor seating and all are nice. The food: on par with any In N Out, and that's good for me. The assistant manager (I think) Luca goes around every take to check on each customer to see how we are doing. It's just wow! (Chick Fila used to do that) And to me the best of all is, when I paid with my credit card for the food I ordered, there is NO SCREEN to ask me how many percent I want to tip them!!!!! That's a honest surprise nowadays! We are asked to tip in all situation, and I am pleasantly surprise that In N Out won't charge tips for dining in!! read more

It's sharing a lane in the parking lot and it was packed when I went on Friday night. The inside is exactly like all the other In N Out but this one is smaller than I expected. I ordered my usual - cheeseburger with whole grilled onion and grilled onion, light salt. When I looked at the receipt, it shows light spread instead of light salt. The staff was nice about it and said she will note the change at the grill. Love their customer service. It's just a little annoying that the order was not right. Location: Finally decided to try the new and more convenient Monrovia location. The drive-thru line was about as long as a typical In-N-Out line. The staff managing the drive-thru traffic were friendly and smiling, which definitely helped the wait feel smoother. Customer Service: I ordered a #1, #2, and #3, but when i got to the window it was two #1s and one #2. I tried to correct it, but the cashier just said, "But the rest was ok, right? The fries and drinks?" I said yes, assuming she'd fix the burger mix-up, but she just took my payment, and the total stayed the same. She seemed a bit flustered, so I decided to just let it go. The window attendant, though, was friendly. Food: I live about 2 minutes away, but by the time I got home the food was barely warm. Oddly enough, when I go to the Arcadia location (about 12 minutes away), the food is still hot when I get home. Unfortunately, this time the food also tasted rushed and under-seasoned. My burger was messy--the wrapper was actually tucked into it, with spread and half-melted cheese stuck to the paper. Convenience doesn't always mean better. The Monrovia In N Out burger location has been open for less than 2 months and still going strong with lots of customers. Upon first impression the store is not very large, but it's clean! The parking lot & traffic flow could have also been designed a bit better as well. Last night it was raining and we walked a further distance because we couldn't get in the actual lot. The staff were friendly, but the cashier mixed up a few things on my order when repeating it back (x3). It took a while for us to get our food & my burger seemed especially salty. Aside from that, the kids had a blast eating indoors at an In N Out which was a treat. YAY! A new Inn n out burger in the city of Monrovia. It has been a long time coming because Monrovians would flock to the Arcadia location and it was always busy! Now that the Monrovia location has opened, I've noticed less lines at the Arcadia location. What helped make visiting the new Inn n out more pleasant was the clear direction of where to go! I was surprised of how easy it was to find the drive thru line. Don't you get nervous going somewhere new with lots of cars everywhere? Food: What makes Inn n out locations better than others is not the burgers. It is actually in how the fries are prepared. I'm happy to say that this location cooks their fries so well. The outside crunch with a soft middle is what everyone desires. The fries were a tad too salty, but it happens. The burgers' taste was on par and very enjoyable on a cool windy day. Service/Ambiance: I only did drive thru, but the staff was attentive and kind in taking my orders, as usual with Inn n out employees. The line was about 10 cars long and we got our food in less than 20 minutes of arriving. Safe to say the line moves pretty swiftly. So excited for this new In-N-Out location in Monrovia. It's down the street from the First Ave location and hopefully helps with their car traffic flow. I love how this one has a sit indoor and patio feature, the interior is designed with modern and classic twists of the In-N-Out empire with printed odes to LA. Ordered my usual double double meal with grilled onions, a classic staple. Haven't tried the drive through lines yet, but it's interesting how they merge together. There is a central spot for ketchup, peppers, and napkins. Soon as I heard my number, they cooked it to my liking. The freshly made double cheeseburger tastes so good and fries were fried nicely. I love everything new and this location is only three days old! The staff are young and energetic and inside, sparkling. All the tables are fixed with associated chairs, so no sounds of scrapping chairs as people leave. Condiment station was clean and orderly with no spills or waste. The layout is a little wonky but the guiding cars helps and the food is good. It's average not bad not great but love having it nearby and not having to go to Arcadia anymore. The Arcadia spot is perpetually packed, so I tend to skip it--Monrovia, on the other hand, offers a much calmer vibe with fewer crowds and a smoother drive-thru experience. The burgers were spot-on, as expected, though the fries were a bit of a letdown (classic In-N-Out roulette). We requested slightly light but they came out simply overdone. Still, if you roll in with realistic fry expectations, you'll leave happy. The drive-thru runs like clockwork, and the interior is brand-new, spotless, and stocked with plenty of comfy seating. I was there exactly 2 weeks ago. The employee handed my order to someone else and they looked through it (touching all over it) to make sure it was theirs and it wasn't. They gave it back to the cashier and the cashier proceeded to hand it to us after. I told her they needed to make fresh food for us because we waited in line for around 15-20 min and the food was touched by others. She turned around and came back with the same food!! The bread in my burger was all black and burnt on the edges, making it inedible (I tore the burnt pieces off). To add insult to injury, one of the workers was cleaning the glass windows, and literally some of the spray got in my face when she oversprayed too close to us. Not coming back to this location.
