We ordered over the phone and the cashier young lady was very friendly and helpful. We ordered the family meal 16 piece. Came with legs and thighs and 4 large sides and 16 tortillas. Regular price was $60-70 but we got a weekly mailer from the city and brought the price to $35+ tax. Food was hot and ready to go when we arrived. Packed very nicely. Inside was bright and clean, their jalapeño salsa PACKET is really good, we didn't like their avocado salsa or hot smoky salsa. Feeds 5-6 people comfortably and there were some left overs.

Came here with my mom for a nice dinner. We haven't been here in years and were really craving El Pollo Loco, and this spot did not disappoint! The chicken was incredibly juicy, and the workers were so kind and welcoming. We get local coupons sent to our house and used one for the 4-piece chicken (leg and thigh) with 2 small sides, 2 salads, 2 churros, salsa, and tortillas, all for only $12! What an unbelievable deal! The restaurant was super clean and felt more like a sit-down restaurant than a fast-food place. This is definitely my favorite El Pollo Loco in the area. If you want juicy, flavorful chicken (not dry!), this is the spot. Just remember to ask for the juiciest, freshest chicken when you order, they'll happily take care of you! Will be coming back soon!!

I grew up in Arcadia and spend many of my childhood here at this location. The food still hits the spot and the salsa is probably the best of any of the locations i been to. The people here are friendly and the interior is nice and clean. Parking lot is not my favorite but generally you shouldn't have any issues finding parking. The chicken is always amazing here.

I often stop at El Pollo Loco wherever I might happen to be for quick, inexpensive and healthy meal. This particular location was somewhat smaller inside than most of the other locations that I have been to, but everything was neat, clean and well maintained. The menu, of course, is the same wherever you go. The restaurant is located in a strip mall, and there seemed to be adequate parking the time I was there, but of course, this could vary depending on when you go.

Love this location, the management is amazing and the employees are very friendly and helpful. The only knock I have was they sometimes are skimpy on the queso cheese even is the burrito's main item is queso. They keep the restaurant clean, it has good amount of table inside and outside. It's in a good plaza too so if you want boba or go to the beauty salon after eating those things are available.

Stuffings and fillings are like delicious jems hidden inside. Very cheesy and meaty. Filled and stuffed dishes are a pure delight!! Here I have the OVERSTUFFED QUESADILLAS: Top: Chipotle Chicken Middle: Poblano Chicken Bottom: Shredded Beef Avocado It's a chained fast food restaurant so everything is quick and efficient for the service. Pretty nice and clean dining area with inviting background music.

COVID-19: Social distancing is not enforced at this establishment. Some of the staff wears a mask. All customers are not expected to wear a mask. It's optional now. Some of the staff also wears gloves. There are some hand sanitizers available for customers to use. This place is available for take outs and has some indoor seating available with no limited capacity. They are not sanitizing in between customers. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was grabbing my food from this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They currently don't have happy hour. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is of a decent size. It's not too big nor too small. It's just right. This parking lot doesn't get full very easily or quickly. Parking spots sizes are perfect too. Food: I ordered the BRC burritos. A classic and favorite burrito of mine. The BRC stands for Beans, Rice, and Cheese which means you get protein, carbs, and calcium. It tastes amazing. Everything has a noticeable flavor and texture so it goes well together. Staff: The staff here are very friendly, nice, and fast. They accept both cash and credit cards. There is no credit card minimum.

12 Piece Chicken Family Meal. Comes with tortillas

Honestly can't remember when was the last time I had El Pollo before, and can't remember how it was. So recently, I went to pick up a meal for the family. It's located in a small plaza along with a cafe and a tea place. Parking lot isn't very big but off hours, it can be easy to score a spot. I ordered a 12 piece family meal. It comes with ... yup, 12 pieces of leg & thigh, 3 large sides, tortillas and salsa. The girl cashier wasn't the friendliest, and borderline looked impatient. That really didn't help invite customers to want to return, being the first point of contact. The chicken weren't bad. The skin was a bit leathery (see my photo, they even look leathery) but the meat was somewhat tender. Though they advertised flame grilled, we detected no smoky grilled flavor at all. It was more of a well seasoned rotisserie chicken. The legs and thighs were on the smaller side. The rice, mashed potatoes and mac & cheese were all average. Mac & cheese was very cheesy and rich. Rice was bland and the mashed potatoes were likely a powdered flakes mix. The tortillas came piping hot and stayed soft. The various salsas has no heat even though it's listed as spicy. Personally, I've always wondered why businesses don't put someone very friendly and personable on the front line working with customers. Overall, it was a meal that filled us up, but nothing screamed for us to go back any time soon. I'd say 2.5 is accurate but rounded up to 3.

It stands where the old Applebees used to be, and honestly I feel like when they revamped the building it brought a little bit of life and spice to our little town. The restaurant itself is nice and very clean. The tables and small seating area have aluminum chairs with fire house red paint and I love it! Now for the food! I chose spicy for our cauliflower bites, and not gonna lie--the heat made my nose run! lol which meant it was pretty awesome! If you love fried chicken, you cannot go wrong eating here. The service i have mixed opinions. Most all of the employees are friendly. Maybe too friendly. Part of the reason for their long line would be the talkative cashiers. There is a way to chat up the customer while still keeping things moving along, but I've not seen it once while there; the chicken is that good that I put up with my least favorite thing at a restaurant--unnecessary conversation that adds to the wait time. The ambiance is also not my favorite. It's too loud in there. The music could be a touch lower--I'm there to eat, not be at the club--and the top notch cooks in the back yell a lot. I will say that the yelling appears to keep them upbeat, positive, and motivated; I see the value in it, yet it's the reason I get delicious chicken to go. They have a clean bathroom, a parking lot in back, and some of the best chicken in the Greater Los Angeles area. My mouth waters when I even begin to think about going there. Also, I believe the times to avoid the long waits would be weekdays until about 3 PM ish.

Soonheene actually started in Seoul's famous Gwangjang Market where they were known for their pancakes, so I was excited to check it out. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Esther (the owner) and her daughter. They both went out of their way to explain the menu and answer all my questions with genuine smiles. That kind of hospitality really sets the tone for a meal. We ordered the Pork Mungbean Pancake, Rose Tteokbokki (creamy rice cakes with fish cake and sausage), Bibim-Naengmyeon (spicy cold buckwheat noodles), and a whole fried chicken split into two flavors. Everything we ordered was delicious and tasty. For half the chicken, I went with the original but added green onion and their special oriental sauce drizzle. The other half was spicy soy garlic. I'll admit, I liked the original better. I second-guessed myself when the owner's daughter mentioned soy garlic was their number one most popular flavor followed by honey butter, but I thought I would be different and try the spicy version. The spice kind of drowned out that garlicky soy flavor, so lesson learned. Next time I am going straight for the soy garlic and honey butter combo. For drinks, we tried the Korean coffee and cold yuzu drink, both refreshing and a nice complement to the food. By the end of the meal, everything was so good that I even found myself asking about catering their chicken for future events. The vibe inside is really comfortable with soft K-pop playing in the background. It is just enough for atmosphere but not too loud, so you can talk easily. The only tricky part is parking since it is in a busy plaza with a lot of other restaurants, but at least it is free. Overall, this was one of the most unique dining experiences we have had recently, made extra special by Esther and her daughter's hospitality. I love supporting family-owned spots like this, and I will definitely be back to try that famous soy garlic and honey butter chicken next time.
