Shout out to RUBIN! Service is super nice here as opposed to some other nearby branches (I drive past another Mike's to get here). No. 13 The Original Italian is my go to with a slight modification. I swap the ham for Turkey, might be more protein and healthier. Ambiance has always been chill with music . read more

I didn't catch their names, but a huge shout out to the two young men working the counter at 2:13pm yesterday (08/20/26)!! They were both extremely polite, professional, and welcoming. Both actually listened and made eye contact, wanted to be sure they understood our special order, and didn't get at all upset about food allergies. Our order was made correctly, quickly, and with a smile! Best Jersey Mike's employees EVER! read more

We ordered some sandwiches online so they can be ready to go. We were heading to the Pasadena Pops concert event that's nearby. I always order cold sandwiches since I don't eat it right away. The regular tuna sandwich with added pickles and yellow peppers hit the spot and is always flavored to my liking. read more

I always think I don't like Jersey Mike's until my family wants to order it for dinner. My thought is always like meh it's just a sandwich and every time I'm proven wrong! I love this location because when you order on Uber Eats.... It didn't let you modify the cheese. However, each time I've called to swap to a different cheese they haven't answered the phone quickly and were happy to accommodate my request with a smile (at least that's how they sound!) Thanks so much Jersey Mike's for making my family happy! read more

Nothing against the brand just this personal experience this is not the best location for hot subs , it's not a priority here. Cold subs always good though! Been coming to this location for a while, unfortunately not anymore. First was told I would be able to add mikes way once it reached the dressing window but it was made 8 minutes after ordering and just handed to me and when I asked the same person who told me that I would be able to said you can't do that with a chicken bacon ranch sub( mind you I usually get this with these changes I've been getting it since I've been coming here unless I try something new ). Then The cashier with glasses was visibly upset and snarky to me and my gf but the manager was very amicable. FIX IT JESUS read more

We had an excellent experience at Jersey Mike's today. Waited on within minutes. Jordyn and Reuben served us. Both men were professional, very helpful and pleasant. The meal was delicious. We ordered two turkey & provolone sandwiches in a bowl served "Mike's Way". Good job Gentlemen! read more

First time coming to this Jersey Mike's since I was in the area. I actually drove past the store through the parking lot and thought this location had closed down because I could not find the store. It was night time so everything was dark. Turns out their outside sign light was off or was not working. You should really get this fixed! This store is in the same plaza as Sprouts, but off to the side. There's plenty of parking, so park wherever you want. I place an online order for pick-up and the app says it's ready in about 15 minutes. I went to park a little closer to the store since I had drove all the way to Sprouts frantically trying to find this place. After 15 minutes, I head into the store hoping my to pick-up my sub for dinner. It's not ready yet... There were a few new people working there and I could see that they were training how to assemble a sub. Even though it said my order would be ready in 15 minutes, I'm going to be nice since while being new on the job, it may take a little longer because you want to make things right the first time. I got my usual #13 the Original Italian. My all time favorite made Mike's way! It was good. The meat and cheese were soft and smooth cut. The rosemary bread was not too hard and a staple go to even though it leaves a smell on your hands after eating. Overall this visit wasn't so bad as I initially thought it was. read more

The sandwiches are always great and what I like the most is the fast service. Thank you for being attentive to your guests.

I have only tried Jersey Mike's Subs once at an airport and thought they had pretty good sandwiches. I also remember my uber driver I had in Philly once had told me that Jersey Mike's Subs "is legit" for their sandwiches. Well this location can be found in the same plaza as Sprouts, specifically next door to Hella Bird and Great Clips. My husband and I decided to check out this location on a Tuesday because we wanted to get my husband a sandwich for his flight out the next day (more and more, my husband has been travelling a lot for work and usually we get Lee's Sandwiches for him but thought maybe he would want to try something a little different). We came in around 8 pm and were greeted by 3 employees behind the counter. We ended up ordering: #55 The Big Kahuna Chicken, Giant Size, $16.95 prior to tax- A Philly cheesesteak, but with chicken. I remember having a chicken cheesesteak at Ishkabibble's in Philly years ago and thought the sandwich here at Jersey Mike's was just as good. The chicken was tender, warm and the sandwich was cheesy. Loved the flavors of grilled onions, peppers and mushrooms (I had requested to omit the jalapenos because my mom and I don't do spicy foods). My mom and also my husband also both really loved the sandwich (we all ended up eating it as a late dinner when we came home with our order). With the size of the giant, it is massive and easily feed 2-3 people and be satisfied. #56 The Big Kahuna, Giant Size, $16.95 prior to tax- This is the Philly cheesesteak, traditionally with beef. My husband had a little bit on the day we bought it and thought it was really good. He also liked eating it the next day as breakfast and well lunch too (again, the giant size is huge). #13 The Original Italian, Giant Size, $16.95 prior to tax- This sandwich comes with provolone, ham, prosciuttini (Italian pepper ham, which is similar to prosciutto and pancetta but a little different), cappacuolo, salami and pepperoni. There is quite a lot of meat in this sandwich. I liked the shredded lettuce and tomatoes in this sandwich to help round out the sandwich. I had the jalapeno omitted and also the oil and vinegar because I didn't want this sandwich to be soggy since we were not planning on eating this sandwich the day we bought it. My mom just loved this sandwich. We both ended up eating this sandwich over a few days (really made for a fantastic lunch for me for a few days). The employee who assembled this sandwich for me also cut the sandwich in quarters (as I had asked). --------------------------- (Total= $54.32 after tax) Wow what a delicious meal all of these sandwiches made for us. But of course the price of one giant size is pretty heaty. But seeing that it can easily feed the 3 of us, I think the price is justified. Service was friendly and wait time wasn't too long, especially since we were the only ones there who ordered. It is most likely that we will be back to try the other sandwiches that Jersey Mike's has to offer. read more

Well I'm changing my review for this business at this location. The same person that I had an issue with last time made up. Been going to this location for an occasional fresh made sub. Better than Subway. Not as good as a true deli sub. Fast quick service a plus. Typical ambiance for fast food. Plenty of parking in front since it shares a lot with Sprouts and McDs. read more

Last time we were here, I was feeling the Italian Original Sandwich. So we stopped by for some sandwiches, and they were ok. I usually get the Philly Sandwich, but I decided the Italian original, this time. Staff were ok, it just seem like the people working there didn't want to be there. But all in all, didn't ruin our day. read more

This location has the worst customer service provided by the "asst. mgr" who is rude and unprofessional on every level. She refused to tell me when the restaurant general manager would be in the restaurant again to lodge a complaint against her, claiming that she couldn't give out his personal schedule, when i clearly needed his business schedule. She also claimed that she chooses to not wear a name tag for fear of customers (and their complaints i guess). If a name tag is a requirement and provided by her employer, her choosing not to wear it sounds like a blatant dress code violation to me... I truly enjoy the product that Jersey Mikes offers, just not the unprofessional unnamed individual in the photo read more

Worst Jersey Mikes location. Waited 30+ minutes for a hot sub that we ordered right before a huge line. Customer behind us received their hot sub before us. Rude worker told us that "they only have so much space on the grill" but somehow someone who order after us received theirs before us (by 10 more minutes). Do not recommend this place. read more

As a sub/sandwich shop I think it's 5 stars. Ingredients look and taste fresh, service is quick and kind, and ample parking since it's inside a plaza. Make sure to sign up for their rewards program. It's pretty quick to get a free sub. Make sure to get it "Mikes way" for the best taste read more

Best service from a Jersey Mikes I've ever experienced. Come twice a week and they always got my order ready on time!

Giovanni, Oscar and Fernando were a great representation of Jersey Mikes. I came in to redeem my birthday sub and they made it such a wonderful experience. Wow. Ordered via the app. Arrived and my order wasn't ready. I sat back and watched as numerous couriers arrived and were handed their orders. I walk back to the counter to ask about my order. The guy shuffled through the bags for pick up and hands me mine. I arrive back at work and you guess it! Totally wrong order. So now I've wasted gas going to their store, wasted my entire lunch break waiting for my order and now I'm starving and hypoglycemic because I guess reading isn't fundamental. These are the same people who want $25/hr but can't even get an order correct or even to the correct person. read more

This is the closest jersey mikes to my work so I get lunch here often. I think I'm just gonna drive a little further to a different jersey mikes going forward. This is about this location specifically, I love jersey mikes in general. If I order ahead through the app, chances are something will be wrong, and not a little thing like they forgot an ingredient, more like they put the wrong meats or completely ignore your order. They started skimping on the meat a long time ago but the meat skimping is even worse now. Such a shame because I really love jersey mikes. When they get the order right, it's the usual jersey mikes that I love. read more

Hi, all! I am writing this review as I frequent this particular Jersey Mike's almost weekly (don't judge me) lol. With that being said there are two team members that I want to acknowledge! Both Jasmine and Kissa (sorry if I butchered the spelling on either of those names) have amazing positivity! Their quickness and the simple joy of their attitude make my trip to Jersey Mike's a beautiful experience and make my day that much easier on my mind. The sandwiches are always great, no matter what you order! I love this place and I am so happy that I can feel comfortable every time by being greeted with a smile! Ahhh... #13... Life changing flavors in this sandwich. It was seriously sooo delicious. Not all Jersey Mike's have the same vibes as this one. The staff at this location is super friendly, helpful, and go above and beyond for the customer. Love the food but the service gets questionable when they get busy. Food 4/5 Service when not busy 4/5 Service when busy 2/5 The people making the sandwiches are fine, but it can be a frustrating experience picking up online or phone orders. When it's not busy they keep the pickups on the counter. When busy, the food is usually still in the back or sitting there after it's been made. This would be okay if there was someone responsible to check in with for pickups but this person is doing double duty at the register. The reason for the 2 star is that on multiple occasions, there is no line or system to getting her attention for pickup. You walk in on a crowded day and there's a mix of people who orders and are sitting and waiting 20 min for their order. Some are standing cause they asked if it was ready yet and they're told it's almost ready. Then there are online pick up orders in a similar situation. So I walk in. I filter through those that have a already checked in, and rather than rushing to the counter to barrage the poor lady juggling all the waiting people. I wait in line behind the other people patiently waiting their turn. But what happens? Someone always comes in while 2-3 of us are patiently waiting, walks around the line, interrupts the register lady and ... instead of redirect let them to wait behind the line of people who've been waiting 5 minutes for her attention, she attends to them. Is that the system? Come in and rush the counter and be the loudest person waiting? If the workers don't respect the line of people waiting patiently, why should wait patiently when the impatient are rewarded? Needs a better pickup system. read more

Employees are nice, food is good. But every time i order for pick up before work or when i'm in a rush it's NEVER ready and i end up having to wait 10-20 mins. What's the point of ordering for pick up? read more

Most of the time my sandwiches here are awesome, but today I tried the pick up option. This sandwich was extremely small and had little to no toppings. It was completely soaked in Mike's sauce. Usually there's a large helping of lettuce to absorb the juice, but not today. Very underwhelming sandwich. I will never order pick up ever again. read more

Love Jersey Mike's sandwiches. The turkey and tuna are my favorite. Go check them out.

Redeeming another delicious Birthday sub (Regular size) and 22oz soft drink, woohoo!!! This time, I got Jersey Mike's Famous Philly (Cheesesteak). (Regular size is retail valued at $8.69). Chilly weather = hot sub time! The thinly sliced beefsteak was tender, generous and oh so savory! Cooked with sliced green bell pepper, and topped with melting, ooey gooey provolone cheese, I would definitely get this again! Also, the bread ended up tasting softer since it was a hot sub, which I loved ever more, yes! Finished off the meal with Stubborn Brand (which they now carry) Rootbeer, my tummy was happily satisfied! Service: Nice employee working there that prepared my meal and said Happy Birthday to me as I left happily with my Philly Cheesesteak and drink. Thanks again, Jersey Mike's and until next time! :D read more

Ordered through their mobile app and pick up was scheduled for 1:02 pm. Arrived around 1:20 pm and they had forgot to make my order. I had to wait an additional 16 mins for my order to be prepared. Having lived a few minutes away from this Jersey Mike's for about 7 years, I finally made it in here a couple of weeks ago. It's fairly easy to navigate their system as a rookie. Menu clearly states the sandwiches come in 3 sizes: mini, regular & giant. It also lists the name and what goes in it. Seeing their specialty is the Philly, I ordered a regular. Thinly sliced & grilled steak w onions and melted cheese on a wheat roll. Hot fresh and satisfying, but after eating half, it gets a bit heavy. Also ordered a regular sub, which consists of Italian meats and your usual fixin's like lettuce & tomatoes. This was very fresh and not too salty from all those cured meats. Prices (going by memory) is about $5.50 for a mini, over 8 bucks for a regular and over $13. for a giant. Compared to Subway, it's a bit higher for something that tastes similar to Subway's Italian sandwich. But is this place actually a decent value? I have no idea since I don't eat sandwiches often. I like JM, and will come back in the future to try other items, but don't see myself having any cravings soon. You should know: * Only wheat or white bread. I think Subway has 6 choices * Meat is sliced to order * They also grill the thin steaks to order * They offer a rewards card, where you're able to score sandwiches after earning points. If interested, ask them * Gets busy during lunch on weekdays * Not too much seating when it does get busy, but most people order to go. read more
