This morning I pulled into the drive-thru before work and waited about 9 minutes without the line moving at all. I eventually backed out and left, and the car in front of me did the exact same thing. When you're stopping on your way to work, you simply can't risk being stuck in line for 20-30 minutes. If I were waiting that long for hot, freshly made food, it would be one thing. Instead, the food has consistently been cold whenever I do make it through the line. That's unacceptable. Management really needs to address the efficiency of this location. I used to stop here before work, but I won't be doing that anymore because I can't afford to be late waiting for cold food. This location has a lot of potential, but it desperately needs better management and faster service.
