The restaurant seems to be a family ran business. Sadly, this review isn't good. We went on Sunday around 11:30 AM. The restaurant wasn't busy, only 3 other tables there. We ordered a basket of buttermilk biscuits as an appetizer. My husband ordered a Loaded Breakfast Burrito. My mom ordered the Florentine Benedict with house potatoes. I ordered the classic Eggs Benedict. It took 30 minutes to get our appetizer of biscuits. The restaurant wasn't busy, so I don't know why it took so long. It took another 10 minutes to get our food. 40 minutes for food is ridiculous, especially classic breakfast food! Our server didn't come by with any update while we waited. My husband loved his breakfast burrito! My mom enjoyed her Florentine Benedict. I didn't like my Eggs Benedict. The Benedict serving was huge! The hollandaise sauce covered half the plate! The portion of the smoked ham was generous, but not proportional. The amount of ham was too salty for the meal. My mom and I agreed the hollandaise sauce was overwhelming and bland. I added pictures of our leftover Eggs Benedict, still so much hollandaise sauce left. The hash browns were salty to me, but I am sensitive to salt. I'd come back for the biscuits. The portions were big, but bigger isn't always better. Bene's, another breakfast restaurant down the street is exceedingly better for Eggs Benedict.

Fabulous array of breakfast, lunch, and beverage options. I tried the "Mediterranean" sandwich. Loved it. The sandwich is a turkey, artichoke heart, sun-dried tomatoes, feta, and tomato mayo on focaccia bun. Everything on the sandwich was a compliment to the other. Usually you don't get a lot of comments about buns, but this one was outstanding. The sandwich also comes with red onions, but I took a pass on those also. I guess this place is also known for its pastries. They had a bunch to choose from, but seeing as how it was lunch, we took a hall pass... next time! It seems they also offer a lot of specialty homemade juice and coffee drinks. It was late mid morning, but there was a decent size crowd. The guy taking your order was super friendly and helpful, There looked to be only one girl in back, making the sandwiches Our order came out in about five minutes. There's options to sit inside and out. It was a gorgeous day so we chose out. They give you these awesome chips which I guess are some local thing. They also give you what appears to be an eggplant pickled complement to the meal. I did find this to be very vinegary. Overall experience was outstanding!

The food is pricey for the portions and quality. I've always been more hungry than satisfied, after eating here. The service is usually friendly, but more strict than a Starbucks. I don't get why there's a no outdoor food/drink policy. Starbucks doesn't care so why do they? I brought in an outdoor drink and was told immediately that wasn't allowed. I felt bad enough to buy a muffin, even though I didn't want one. I'd rather support Starbucks than this business. I want to relax and connect with people, when I go out to restaurants or businesses. I wouldn't come back for the vibes or the food. I'll be meeting friends at Starbucks next time.

Inconceivable. I just wanted my food. I didn't yell or curse. Perhaps I should have. She took my fries and did not replace them or refund my money. Huh? She stole from me and suggested loudly that my very simple complaint was something THE COPS NEEDED TO BE INVOLVED WITH. What? Customer service is dead, killed by entitled genZbrats raised by screens. Bizarre. If we complain to a snowflake twentysomething, their reaction is "I'm calling the police because you want what you paid for!" It's shocking for an older person like myself...when I worked in restaurants, I would have been quickly fired for the slacker stuff that is just normal now. Honestly. If a customer complains, a service worker should simply apologize, whether the failure is their fault or not. Words are free, and youre being paid $17+ an hour to be a food server. Just say "I'm sorry you felt that way" and fix the issue. Not difficult (for decency based humans raised by honest people). I am a doordash driver and also a breast cancer patient with 5 other chronic diseases. I am very poor, so I am generally not able to justify spending on fast food for myself. Around 9:30pm Wednesday May 6, 2026 i arrived at the location and sat in a 10+ minute drive thru line to purchase a small French fries. I asked for ranch for them but the order taker didn't bother to tell me they were out. OK. A bummer, but ok. (I likely would have left instead of waiting if this person had a backbone or a bit of honesty...that ranch is epic.) The service is ALWAYS slow here. It's like they carefully look for idiots who move like molasses in winter. Zips Cheney is never "fast food". But ZIPS food is genuinely good, so we accept very, very long waits for it. It's supposed to be made FOR YOU...that's part of their shtick. You wait but you get FRESH made foods. My $4.35 fries were antique. They had been sitting for about 10 minutes. Bird food at best. This was sad for me, because I just wanted to treat myself to a little yummy fun. So I parked and went inside. Three younger ladies were ahead of me in line. They were presented their food with smiles and kindness. When I reached the counter and asked for fresh fries, I was immediately slapped down. The first words said to me were "they aren't old!" Lying is the first response? I was still holding my bag when this poorly raised garbage human claimed I was imagining crappy fries. She had NO IDEA what I was holding and didn't give a darn. Her default response was THE CUSTOMER IS LYING. WOW. I had explained that I sat in a long drive thru line and was disappointed by the old fries. I simply wanted them replaced. I've successfully asked for what I ordered & paid for many times in my 55 years. (Try loving quarter pounders but not liking American cheese on beef...they cannot fathom that i don't want the "cheese"...but thats another thing for another day) This is the first time I've been threatened with police action for asking to get what I paid for. I'm literally in shock. I can't even get a simple treat because stupid, angry children cannot handle a very simple job? Additionally, I interacted with the trash who owns this ZIPS several months ago during a doordash session. Two drug addicts had gotten into a fight and DD sent me to pick up an order in the meantime because ZIPS didn't shut down their DD. When I walked towards the door, the owner came at me like I was one of the criminals who shut the place down just for approaching the doors. I was just trying to make a couple bucks and had no way to know that they were closed. Boycott this location if you have a soul.
