They didn't actually try to figure out how pest were getting into my home and how to stop that from happening. By month three of my contract I was repeatedly asking what I was paying for because it seemed like I was paying for a five minute visit for someone to switch a trap. The last visit I was told there were pests in the crawl space, but the worker couldn't go into the crawl space. I asked to get out of the contract since they were taking money from me and not doing anything. Nope. Instead they got an attitude with me sent me to a collection agency. Do not use them. The laziest company I've ever come across. They want money but don't want to do the work and get aggressive when they are called out on their nonsense

They have been a nightmare to deal with. They promised my husband that they would do both interior and exterior, that did not occur. We can see on our cameras when they come, and they only do the outside and are here for a very short time. They do not ring the bell or attempt to come into the interior of the home. My husband called in the Fall to cancel the service. They still came and again only did the outside. My husband contacted the Service Manager numerous times and explained that we are not paying bc he cancelled the service and again they did not come into the home. We had spider webs and nests all over the exterior even after they sprayed. We have provided them numerous opportunities to manage out pest control. After several past due notices, I contacted the Service Manager and asked to speak to the owner. He would not provide me with his name and said that he does not call customers. Today I recvd a call from a "collection" company. I contacted Venture and advised them that they can spray the interior and the exterior and we will pay them. Women who answered the phone said that she cannot do that bc it's a new quarter. Asked for Service Manager to contact me. This is becoming a little annoying over pest control, lack of communication with owner and now threats from "collection" agencies over $121. I will pay when the service is complete and file complaints with the BBB should they continue with this horrible service. They will not threaten me with a "collection" call. We just want to be rid of this company. Even when they sprayed outside it never resolved any issues. Waste of money and then they harass you for services not rendered. Clearly, they do not comprehend what cancel service means. There is no reason for them to be harassing us.

It's extremely frustrating to pay $500 for an incomplete service that only took the technician 40 minutes and did not get the job done. Subsequently, I persistently called, left voicemails and emailed for 2 weeks letting them know of my issue and they kept giving me the run around. It's unfortunate because they were so quick to get me scheduled to take my money but when I told them they obviously didn't do the job I paid for, they have been completely ghost. Because of the nature of the situation and the health hazard, I had to call another company to fix the faulty job they did. The new company is excellent, great customer service and I will recommend them to everyone with any similar issues as well as my HOA because we have wildlife issues is my neighborhood quite often. Companies like Jesse James do not care about customers... customers who work hard NOT to throw away money! I do not write reviews often so when I do it's because I value my dollar and do not want others taking advantage. Sadly, I was referred to Jesse James by another company who could not get to me sooner so I'll have to also let them know about my experience so others do not have my same fate!

    Exterminating Unlimited was asked to come out on two occasions - once for a mouse problem and…read moreshortly after that visit to spray for ants. The service guy was nice and polite and I guess did what he was supposed to do. He was so that I he was able to sign me up for a maintenance plan. That's where it all fell apart. They were supposed to come on a regular schedule but I would get random calls asking if a service guy could come out. If that wasn't a good time it would be weeks before they could send someone again. This went on for a few months and I cancelled the service. They tried to tell me I couldn't but could not come up with proof that I had signed that type of contract. After I cancelled they said I still owed $75 for the balance of the month I cancelled. That was just dumb. No service guy came out that month so why would I pay? We argued the $75 for about a year before I finally paid when they threatened to send it to collection. If you have a pest problem feel free to call them. Just don't get suckered into a long term contract. A company that doesn't post their street address on their website shouldn't be trusted.

    They started off great with the once a month treatments to my yard. Then they started coming sooner…read morethan the 30 day window. They started coming (for example) June 26th then again on July 6th. They would not come twice in a month but every 12-15 days. I called in June to request my date of service be only during the last week of the month. They said ok and kept coming every 14 days. I called in July to cancel the service and end the contract. The phone agent said she would have the supervisor contact me. I asked if I needed to cancel in writing and was told it was not necessary. Of course I never got a call and a text was sent while I was at work saying my technician was close by. I tried to call but I was on hold for 20 minutes. My card was charged for another month. I called again and got the same spill about a supervisor calling me back that never happened. Fast forward to today and I get a text saying my technician is in the way. I was beyond annoyed. I was serviced on Aug. 22 and again on Sept.11. Today is Oct 2! Once every 30 days was the agreement. Luckily, I was home and able to wait for the tech. I called while the company to let them know I had canceled their service and that I had contacted my card company and blocked them from making any more charges as well as locked my card. Again I was put on hold and then told a supervisor would call me. Once the tech arrived, he had been to my home before and he was very kind. I told him what was going on and told him he could collect the boxes. He said he understood and would cancel my service from his end. Much to my surprise (not!) I get a call about 20 minutes later for someone from the company. She apologized and said she can see the notes that I canceled in JULY ( it is now October) but she doesn't know what happened. I don't believe her. Nonetheless, skip this company if you need expected honest from them. The techs are friendly and kind. The "supervisors" are scammers! $85 every 14 days verses once every 30 days gets costly.

Took 3 calls to get someone to call me back and repair the poor work and no one ever apologized or offered a discount. Communication is also awful. Never gave advanced notice of when the tech would show up and she then came on a different day than what she had previously said and acted annoyed that I wasn't at home. To make it all worse there were never any mice even caught and I suspect I was scammed and told that droppings from prior work last year were fresh. The company didn't honor their warranty from work done last year because it was a different franchise owner. Now I'm having difficulty getting through to cancel the monthly service I don't need because I don't even have mice. Never use them.
