He set my mind and ease telling me the things I'd shown him were old so he went ahead and treated the whole house from the attic down. I would definitely recommend Gary because of his honesty and his integrity. He knows his job and has been doing it for 42 years. He'll tell you what you need to know. He even instructed me on things I could do and things I could buy to save me money that I could do on my own. You're not gonna get that from the box stores. On the phone, the owner said he would spray the inside and outside perimeters.The owner acted defensive and said something like "What are you talking about? What do you mean? How will we do that?". We were uncomfortable with his demeanor. He then said that he wants all of his client happy, and if we found any bugs within 30 days of his visit- the company would spray again for free. As he gave us the receipt, he said even though it doesn't say 30 day guarantee, that's what the policy is. We should have known that was a RED FLAG. We found bugs within the first 3 weeks. We called the owner, and he acted extremely rude and said "well you got dead bugs- that's what you paid us to do!" He refused to spray the second time as promised and asked if we wanted a refund. we said yes.We have contacted the owner 3 times in 2 months. He promised to have the check in the mail each time.
