The technician that visits is very courteous and professional. He treated inside and outside and knocked down cobwebs.

I have been with Old Dominion Pest for about 8 years, pretty much from the moment we moved into our house and Patrick has been more than wonderful! Even though we only see them four times a year, he has watched my daughter grow up and we have gotten to know each other on a more personal level and that is so nice. Patrick has always listened to my concerns and how I like things done lol I'm particular with what gets sprayed and he always knows, and if Patrick doesn't come out, then the guys know what I want. Definitely give them a try! Small family business, reliable, friendly, loyal, and just all around great people! read more

I've been an Old Dominion pest control customer for a few years now and I am very pleased with their service. Very friendly and professional staff as well! Highly recommended. A+ read more

Excellent professional service. We have had our home protected from "annoying pests" by Old Dominion Pest Control since moving to Virginia Beach in 2016. Normally supported by Jason Fisher (but occasionally by others), we find this company to be "best in class" for its customer-oriented service, always courteous technicians, and willing to come back for a "spray touch -up" if needed. Price is highly competitive, but more importantly we have confidence in the job being done well. Scheduling is also easy. read more

Patrick and his son Pacey came out the same day we called and they also treated immediately. We had just moved to a rental home in the area and we needed immediate pest control. I called and spoke with Heather and she was wonderful. Originally they weren't able to send anyone out until the next week but I told her our situation and she was able to speak with Patrick and he worked us in that afternoon. I like to be well informed about situations and I think that is my favorite thing about this company. He inspected the property, gave his assessment and explained it all very well. I was so comfortable with them that I cancelled the next company I had coming out to give a quote while they were doing an exterior inspection. They were able to get started right away which is what I was most thankful for. I didn't have to wait to get it done. I was able to have them start treatment before we moved our stuff in. I also love that I was able to text them with questions. I found a dead bug and I wondered what it was so I sent it over and asked "roach or beetle?" and they responded with great info! I highly recommend using this company. We're looking forward to using their services while we're in the area. read more

We don't use our front door and recently discovered that we had a large amount of ants on our doorstep. Alyssa was so nice on the phone and scheduled us for that week. Pacey came early that day and took the time to talk to us and answer any questions we had. He was very nice and even took off some small beginnings of wasp nests we had in our entryway. read more

Old Dominion Pest control responded quickly and professionally. Ray explained all service in technical but easy to understand detail. We will start both quarterly pest and termite/treatment and control. read more

Patrick and Jason were so knowledgeable and friendly when they came in. We were quickly put on the calendar and they identified our bug problem immediately. Patrick and Jason also pointed out weak spots in our house where the bugs may be getting and suggested other ways to minimize them coming inside. They were personable and made sure they answered all our questions. We saw immediate results after they sprayed which made us feel so thankful for hiring them! Can't wait to see them in another few months! read more

Patrick was so wonderful to work with! As someone who's never had to deal with pest issues before, he explained the entire process for my house, how to protect my animals, and addressed all of my concerns. NOT TO MENTION.. he was on time! Thank you for your great service! read more

I am a new customer and so far the service has been outstanding! The office staff and the technician have earned my five star review

At the time that service was provided to me by this company, I was renting a home in Virginia Beach. I didn't want to sign a contract because the only problem I was having was with ants. Every time the weather warmed up, we would get a host of visitors looking for crumbs. Patrick came out and he was very professional and personable. He explained what he would be doing and what to expect. His price was extremely reasonable. If I ever am in need of pest control again, he will be at the top of my list for contractors. read more

Old Dominion has been keeping our pests under control for about 2 years. They take great care of your needs with fast response and the right tools and solutions to spot treat different insects around your house. Jason has taken care of my house on the majority of visits. He's professional, knows his stuff, and always brings good humor and spirit which goes above and beyond in my book. Ants, cockroaches, spiders, hornets, you name it, they'll take care of it well and with good customer service. read more

I called with a pest issue and they were able to come over the next day. Our house has been vacant (well contractors are there) for almost six months. Everyone knows a place left vacant can attract mice. Patrick and his partner stopped by and were quick to access the situation (luckily it was not as bad as I had envisioned). They gave us advice on what should do to keep mice out as well as setting traps inside and out of our house. Their professionalism was amazing and they were great to talk too. We are now on a quarterly contract with them and they schedule the appointment so I don't have to worry about it. I would recommend them to anyone. They are such an awesome company to work with. Whether your issue is to take care of an issue or to prevent one from starting give them a call!! read more

Jason has been great! Flexible and friendly. I like that it's pet friendly chemical. If I needed him to come out for anything extra they were on it. Great company! read more

Had my first ever Pest Control device today. I've lived in my home for 10 years and I'd say this service is much overdue! I used Yelp to find a pest control service and based my search on the top reviews. I messaged 3 businesses with the same info and Old Dominion was the only business that was ready to assist with an appointment and cheapest estimate! Once Patrick (the owner) arrived, I could tell by his friendly demeanor that he was there the assist with my crisis! He immediately asked me to tell him my issues, wanted to see the locations and was genuinely concerned for my unhappiness with situation. I also have 2 boxers and even though there were barking and growling initially as he entered, he did not let that deter him from getting to business. Once he identified my target areas he got right to work using people and animal-friendly chemicals, he started outside and then worked his way inside. He didn't miss a beat looking u see cabinets and behind appliances, even in the garage! He also made sure that my daughter and me were unbothered unless he had a question about the job. Once the job was completed, he went over the areas he sprayed and targeted pests. He also addressed some additional concerns he had that I may want to pursue without any pressuring techniques. Pest control services are quarterly and charges quarterly and anything in between is at no-charge. I must say, I feel like I got extremely lucky! Thank you so much for your exceptional service and I will recommend your company to anyone in need of pest services! read more

Excellent communication! Friendly and very helpful. Needed someone to come out to redo a pest report because the previous company didn't have availability for several weeks. Old Dominion was able to schedule within a few days. read more

Quick response and scheduling, as well as efficient treatment of the house. I expressed my concerns and did not feel pressured into signing up for an annual contract. I had requested quotes from other pest control companies and they would not come out to treat without having the contract in place. Old Dominion Pest Control offers great prices and I will call them again this summer. read more

Patrick is truly amazing and very knowledgeable. He listen to all my concerns (even the silly ones). I love how he will walk me around the house showing me exactly what he did, to reassure me that my concerns was taken care of or it wasn't an issue I should worry about. The service I received was above and beyond my expectations, I sleep better knowing bugs are not roaming freely in my house. read more

Very satisfied! Patrick responded to my email right away and we had our appointment set later this week. He was flexible with my schedule. When he came to my house he was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and did everything that I needed. Even went around and showed me the places in the house that needed to be patched up to prevent any future unwanted visitors . His price was great! Let me add 5 more stars to the review of ODPC. My appointment was 02/10/2017 and Patrick and his assistant arrived on time and ready to go. They were very thorough and explained each and every step of the extermination process as it was being performed. I commented to him my skepticism of the other 5 star reviews he received. By the time they were done, I saw why his company gets such high reviews. I literally felt like they created a force field around my home from further infestation from termites. Prompt, fair pricing, friendly service and doing right by their customers is what ODPC is all about. I will definitely recommend them to anyone needing pest control. read more
