Again, KUDOS to David Shafer, Lead Pest Control Technician for excellent pest control services rendered on 11 Oct 2019. He was extremely professional, courteous and demonstrated superior knowledge as he performed his various task(s) servicing my property. This time he went the extra mile to ensure I was informed of the control actions needed in preparing for the upcoming winter. I showed him an area of concern seeking his professional opinion as I was not sure what I was seeing. He assessed the situation and assured me he'd facilitate/coordinate getting it corrected. Within two days, he'd a gotten a structural inspector lined up to contact me and after another day or two, for good measure he checked with me to see if I needed any further assistance IRT. The follow up was not required, but demonstrated true professional courtesy and caring for the customer. This was greatly appreciated. Justin Shockley came by and professionally presented himself, conducted his inspection and provided a detailed briefing of his findings. I just had David Shafer from Priority Pest Control do my pest control in my house today. What a completely thorough job! I've had past control companies for about 25 years, 3 or 4 of them, and I've never had such a thorough job. He cleaned all the webs from my outside windows, under the awning, everywhere, to stem the spiders. And he even brought down a very old plate of food that my teenager had stuck somewhere--I mean, if we have a plate of food left out, how will we stop the bugs!? Once again Priority pest to the rescue! I was having a problem with bugs and called to make my regular quarterly appointment. I was freaking out because I am fearful of insects and asked for the office to have David (my favorite service guy) call me and talk me off the ledge. The office staff was very understanding and forwarded my message to David, who promptly called me. He listened to my concerns and explained to me that everything would be ok. I am very pleased with Priority Pest Services--I highly recommend them-- they've been here promptly whenever I needed them- We've had to deal with ants, spiders, rodents and water bugs--oh, and dead squirrels in the chimney-- was no problem for Priority to take care of--- After the rodents chewed up the ductwork in the attic-- this was all replaced and hung up on the rafters--- great job, Priority!! You really get to know a company when you have to deal with their customer service department over an issue. I am a long time customer of Priority Pest Control and was upset about a problem that was going to cost over $700 to remedy. I took up the complaint with management. They respectfully listened to my concerns and came up with a plan for resolution. They completed the job gratis. We used Priority Pest Services pest treatment, termite inspection and recently tried their mosquito treatments and it really cut down the population in our backyard, as we were concerned about them biting our dog that likes to sit on the porch alot. They always do a great job, and are very thorough but also careful around our turtle pond.
