Seann came within 2 hours. in addition to removing the one he found he trapped and killed another dozen over a period of about 3 weeks. He said it was the largest rat colony he'd ever dealt with! He covered nearly as many vent entrances with steel mesh plus repaired a couple of other potential entrances. But now when I see a water bug, they are dead or dying and rodents are a thing of the past. Our technician is very knowledgeable and is willing to explain their procedures.
