There were 2 rooms which he was not able to reach the baseboards so I was understandable towards that, the rest of the house had open availability for baseboards spraying. The technician walked into the house for about 5 to 10 minutes and walked into each room and sprayed a little bit in the center of the room. I had moved furniture to the center of each room so that he could spray the baseboards, when I asked him if he needed me to move anything so he could reach the baseboards he said no and sprayed each room in the center. I then reached out to the company to ask if this was normal which they said no and they would talk to the technician. They then came back after putting me on hold, and said he said my house was a mess and it was impossible to spray which is not true. So now we have to walk-through a house where the center of each floor has bug spray on it. If he wasn't going to do the job right he should not have done it at all. I will be seeking a new pest company in the future.

It was an attempt to upsell me to their pricier Yard Enjoyment Plan, followed by an offer to knock $10 off my current, wrong plan just to keep me signed on. If your employee misrepresents a service to close a sale, the right move is to admit it and either honor what was promised or cancel the account, not offer a discount to paper over the mistake. Every time Karieem was in our home, he was the very model of courtesy and professionalism. We were told that the product was safe to pets and animals, and there was a three-month guarantee against re-infestation. A week or so later, we noticed that the bugs were still in our home. My wife called back to let him know. He came and sprayed again. A few weeks later, same problem - ants and silverfish. He came and sprayed yet again, telling us that our problem was due to pet food being present in the kitchen. Yesterday, we found our bathroom infested with ants. So . . . we called yet again. At first Karieem was very cordial and seemingly sympathetic, as we had known him to be thus far. He even offered a full refund (we did not ask for a refund! We just wanted the bugs gone!). In the next sentence, he said we would be getting only a half-price refund, since he had "bent the rules and came out several times". After a pause, his whole demeanor changed he yelled, "You know what? You're not getting a refund, and I can't believe you asked me!" He then went on a 15 minute rambling, screaming fit, accusing us of trying to take advantage him, and calling us "classless", "pitiful" (I have a digital recording of the last three minutes of the "conversation" to verify this.) Whatever product was used for insect control; at our house did not work for 3 weeks, let alone 3 months, and Mr. Koon was vehemently opposed to hearing about its poor quality. Guarantee be damned! If a product doesn't work, it doesn't work. It shouldn't be a personal matter, as he made it to be. When a business owner decides not to issue a refund to a customer, or decides to not continue doing business with a particular customer for whatever reason, there are more professional ways to go about severing a business relationship than screaming, ranting, and insulting. The incongruent and aggressive actions of Karieem, to me, indicate that he is a potential danger to his customers.

There…read morewas still another raccoon at -large, and Epix left the trap out over the weekend but that other raccoon wasn't caught. Epix also quoted me costs to remove an overhanging tree and disinfect the roof. We chose to shop around and got a better quote to remove the tree for $450 less. The remaining raccoon disappeared when we had the tree removed. Since the raccoons had extensively damaged the roof, we didn't bother paying for Epix to clean and disinfect the roof... instead we just hired roofers to remove the old shingles and clear debris off the roof which they had to do before re-shingling anyway. No sense in paying Epix to get a roof disinfected, if we were needing to replace the roof anyway.
