Although pricey, they did come through and trap one of the visiting raccoons within 2days. There…read morewas still another raccoon at -large, and Epix left the trap out over the weekend but that other raccoon wasn't caught. Epix also quoted me costs to remove an overhanging tree and disinfect the roof. We chose to shop around and got a better quote to remove the tree for $450 less. The remaining raccoon disappeared when we had the tree removed. Since the raccoons had extensively damaged the roof, we didn't bother paying for Epix to clean and disinfect the roof... instead we just hired roofers to remove the old shingles and clear debris off the roof which they had to do before re-shingling anyway. No sense in paying Epix to get a roof disinfected, if we were needing to replace the roof anyway.

In a time where the art of customer service has been lost they shine bright. There hasn't been a single question or request that hasn't been address in a timely manner. From the second you call to the punctual arrival of tech, you are treated with a high level of customer service and care.

NEWS FLASH: Yelling and screaming at your (former) customer is NEVER OK!!…read more We hired Global Green to spray our home against ants, silverfish and centipedes. Every time Karieem was in our home, he was the very model of courtesy and professionalism. We were told that the product was safe to pets and animals, and there was a three-month guarantee against re-infestation. A week or so later, we noticed that the bugs were still in our home. My wife called back to let him know. He came and sprayed again. A few weeks later, same problem - ants and silverfish. He came and sprayed yet again, telling us that our problem was due to pet food being present in the kitchen. Yesterday, we found our bathroom infested with ants. So . . . we called yet again. At first Karieem was very cordial and seemingly sympathetic, as we had known him to be thus far. He even offered a full refund (we did not ask for a refund! We just wanted the bugs gone!). In the next sentence, he said we would be getting only a half-price refund, since he had "bent the rules and came out several times". After a pause, his whole demeanor changed he yelled, "You know what? You're not getting a refund, and I can't believe you asked me!" He then went on a 15 minute rambling, screaming fit, accusing us of trying to take advantage him, and calling us "classless", "pitiful" (I have a digital recording of the last three minutes of the "conversation" to verify this.) Whatever product was used for insect control; at our house did not work for 3 weeks, let alone 3 months, and Mr. Koon was vehemently opposed to hearing about its poor quality. Guarantee be damned! If a product doesn't work, it doesn't work. It shouldn't be a personal matter, as he made it to be. When a business owner decides not to issue a refund to a customer, or decides to not continue doing business with a particular customer for whatever reason, there are more professional ways to go about severing a business relationship than screaming, ranting, and insulting. The incongruent and aggressive actions of Karieem, to me, indicate that he is a potential danger to his customers.

I have been receiving services from a local big name company for almost 4 years but have not been…read morefully satisfied with their services especially their customer service. One day a door tag by Healthy Homes was left on my door and so I gave them a ring. I received instant communication and scheduling. AJ the owner came out and provided me a free estimate but also educated me a lot about my home, the creatures impacting my home and just so much more information than I have ever received. He noticed I had season carpenter bees and woodpecker issues which I suspected but was never confirmed by my 4 years of service with the other company. He was also very loving to my 13 yo dog and she warmed up to him fairly quick. The quote he provided me in comparison to the big name company saved me $600/year. This new quote included my detached garage which was never covered. I basically learned I was over paying for under quality service and products. We immediately book the initial service! During the initial service, I received above and beyond what I had even received with the other company's initial visit. I wanted to cry of joy because my fear of bugs is unreal. He just made me feel reassured that I was in good hands. I can not praise small businesses enough. AJ really puts his heart and soul into his small business and that in itself should lead him to having life long customers. Highly recommend!!!!
