I actually had the WORST customer service I have EVER experienced--which is saying something because I deal with a lot of service companies. My last scheduled monthly visit never happened (this is a rental property and I just happened to be at the house). No phone call, no email, no communication that it did not occur. I made two phone calls and sent an email...no response for days. When I did hear from them they informed me that they "just didn't get to it." Since this is a rental property how many other times have they "just not gotten to it" when I am not there? The receptionist/office manager talked over me, kept saying we don't have the staff, and went on about how so and so quit...responses that reflect badly on the company and show the complete incompetence and maturity of the speaker. Fair warning--stay away from this company!!

I also noticed that the pests they were treating for returned quickly, so it was obvious to me that their treatments were ineffective. They did not treat behind walls and in storage spaces inside the home and were quick to get in, get out, and get paid. I also noticed an inability for this company to return phone calls from me to schedule service treatments that in the beginning they claimed they would schedule for me. I would not recommend this company and I am disappointed in their lack of professionalism and their inability to control the pests in and around my home.

So far they've came out twice since I signed up for the monthly sprays and it has really cut down on the amount of pests in my yard. They also took down a wasps nest in my shed and sprayed so they wouldn't come back. Included in the monthly package they also spray the inside if you're having a pest issue. The gentleman who came out removed his shoes prior to entering my home which you dont see too often. I could not recommend them enough!
