Service was scheduled with Jay in the office and it was perfect for the next day. We are repeat customers and have a monthly service. Jay is kind and very very helpful in meeting the needs of a customer. He's the kind you want working for you! I needed attention immediately for some pesty holes and digging in the ground and scraping I heard. "Said" showed up right on time and above the call of needs for us. Showed me where little pests are digging and making noise and covered the holes, cleaned and refilled bait boxes, sprayed our areas in garage and rooms. Changed the trap paper in garage and furnace room attached to garage. Kindly removed the one off my sneaker when I stepped on it. Strong Sticky paper that would hold mice he says. Highly recommend Said for his demeanor and attention to detail. He patched an outside vent with copper type Brillo wire to prevent anything from getting in and showed me the steel grate that one of the pipes comes with to prevent anything from crawling back in the house. Brillo should keep them out. We will look for a steel grate. Double checked the downstairs and all clear nothing got in thru the pipes as he suggested might. He puts the bait in the boxes that has grain and cheese mixture and always puts those fresh food type big pellets in the box to see if they are eating it. Apparently it kills them after 45 mins. Haven't seen anything inside - outside except foxes!!! "Said" is a hard worker. He is a honest good man and smart. His expertise is spot on for what the customer needs and wants for protection from any pests, bugs or problems. Thank you again Jay and Said. read more

Wanted to pass a hearty well done for Ray who came out on short notice last week and did an ant treatment for us before our home inspection....all went terrific and there were no ants for the inspectors to ping us for. Ray was very friendly and courteous as well as totally professional....very pleased with his service. Also want to pass along big thank you to Mike B for his timely and thorough Termite inspection today....got the report in record time....That kind of service sets the bar pretty high in this area!! Our usual Mitchell rep is Jordan.....can unequivocally say that he is "Our Main Man" when it comes to treating and looking out for our home over several years....he is a joy to work with and always a standout in professionalism and courtesy....hope he will be able to continue servicing this home for the new owners....they will be the winners!! And Jennifer - to you and the quick response every time I call (and especially this past month)......"tip of the hat and pat on the back to you" Thank you for keeping our home on schedule and exceptionally pest free!! We will miss Mitchell in South Carolina, but if you open an office in the Charlotte area....let me know and you will have a client again. Warmly, J&J C. read more

Mitchell Pest Services showed up and nipped the problem in the bud. But that is not it. Their employees have it right when it comes to serving their customers. Out of the 3 pest control companies I've used, Mitchell is by far the superior, so much in fact that I will never use another company again. The administrator has a very pleasing voice and genuinely enthusiastic attitude and the technicians are accurate in their work as well as informative of what they suggested be done. Five out of five stars is well deserved, if I could choose more stars I would. read more

Recently found Mitchell pest through my Realtor orgazation (HRRA). I have used them a few times for termite inspections and my clients have been happy with their service. I recently had a listing that had a lot of moisture issues like most houses in Virginia Beach, they came out and fixed a vapor barrier then installed a dehumidifier. Prices seem reasonable and all the technicians I have meet have been nice and prompt. I'd like to use them in the future if I get more listings. read more
