Today is the first day of a two day project being done around the house and attic with new insulation. They all have been professional and friendly. They are very understanding of military families and are supportive. I really feel confident about their work. They have been responsive and efficient from the consultation to the project. I notice din "pest control services " with them for at least a year, the techs came, BUT NEVER went in attic or crawl space... the foreman admitted as much. No pictures, no sounds of them in those spaces/. Then they asked to come out for a "free" inspection. Suddenly they found multiple pest issues...keep in mind they have been out to me every 90 days..!!! The foreman kept calling, but now he said he was the owner, he in the past said the owner was not involve anymore with company!!!! They came out to do an estimate for our ongoing rodent issue. They were great and the prices are…read moreright! Unfortunately we don't have the budget right now but once we do we will definitely be hiring these guys for our insulation removal/sanitation and sealing areas where rodents can enter. They did a thorough inspection so good they even caught a hole in the roof that even our inspector guy didn't notice when we bought our home a month ago.
