He also set up glue traps in the attic to catch any that were already inside. The service was prompt, efficient, and handled with professionalism. He answered all my questions and made sure I understood the process. You can tell he knows what he's doing and takes pride in his work. So, imagine my surprise when they charged me in Jan 2026 and I log in, and they intend to charge me again in Feb 2026. I am not even sure if they are still coming out or just charging my credit card. UPDATE: After my review and after I complained, they did refund 2 months' worth. But, it was still frustrating and I guess if I never said anything they would have just charged me forever.
