I had my yearly termite inspection done by Accel and Myke Bassett was my inspector. Myke and Accel go above and beyond to keep my home termite clean. Myke does an excellent inspection and also checks the bathrooms for any leaks while he's under my home plus plumbing and heat and AC lines. I have had Accel since 2021 and have had the BEST two inspectors. Myke does my yearly Termite Inspection and Tina does my quarterly bug and rodent inspections and they are both the BEST. They both go above and beyond doing their jobs plus explain everything they have done. I'm extremely satisfied with Accel and my inspectors. Try Accel to protect your home and you won't be disappointed and your home will be protected to keep everything that doesn't belong there away. I'm happy to say my home is protected by the best Accel Pest & Termite. read more

Tried to persuade my wife into buying a $4,000 dehumidifier because ours was "offline". I simply plugged it into another outlet and it worked. Absolute scam. Reached out to customer service twice with no response. read more

Y'all, it has been a minute since we've had pest treatment at our residence because I kept putting it off as "I'll do it tomorrow". So when I tell you the webs and spiders were "decorating" our front porch for us this halloween, I'm not kidding. From the initial call with the sweet lady on the phone to our first treatment with Paul, I have been quite impressed. They are military friendly, had great reviews and I've seen neighbors homes being serviced by them so I'm sure we're in great hands. Paul called to say he could come earlier which I appreciated, was very professional and kind, did a thorough job and I'm a happy customer. He reached out again recently to make sure everything was going well and let me know if there was ever a pest issue or concern, I could make an appt to have him come out and take care of it. Even though we are early in our experience with Accel, I'm very pleased. I look forward to walking into zero webs whenever I step out my front door or seeing little creepy crawlies inside our home. read more

John really helped us in a bind. He was thorough, answered all of our questions and provided sound suggestions! This is our 3rd time using Accel in a buy/sell situation and every single time they've been tremendous help not to mention their pest control services are top notch! read more

We hired Accel Pest & Termite Control to implement a termite plan for our home, which involved drilling holes around the home and filling with Termidor solution. Trever and Marvin provided these services. Trever was our first point of contact and was extremely professional and courteous and worked very diligently for 3 hours to get the job completed--he was joined by Marvin after the job started. The outcome was great. Holes were non-obtrusive and well placed. All Accel staff (from sales to technicians to admin) were very responsive and friendly. We are very happy with their services. read more

I've been with Accel for many years. Our recent technician, Myke, like his other coworkers are experienced technicians able to service the different equipment we have had installed by both Accel and other companies. They have a professional manner and are respectful of our time by giving us notice prior to their arrival for service calls. It is a minimal cost 2 times a year to keep our dehumidifier under our home clean and functioning. We have been satisfied with their pest services as well. read more

As per Accel's norm, Mike was wonderful. He was filling in for our regular tech. Like all Accel employees we've met, Mike is professional, communicates all issues/treatments, respectuful of our privacy & our items, and is just plain NICE! We will be recommending ACCEL to the next owners and also hire them for our next new home. read more

I am always leery about someone coming to my home but Geoffrey (the exterminator) was professional, put shoe covers on, friendly and "in and out" quickly while thoroughly spraying my home. Thank you! read more

Mike performed his service in an excellent and friendly manner - as always. I have seldom come across such a personable and efficient provider with such dedication to his job. We know Mike does not "call it in" and truly takes pride in his work. He has been servicing our pest control for over 2 years and we look forward to his visits. Definitely a true asset to Accel. read more

The technician was 5 star but the company rodent control procedure was 2star at best. I have a rodent problem in my upper and lower attic. An ethical company would take steps to immediately reduce the rats on site. Instead, they apply a total of 4 traps to cover a 2500 square foot house and will check the results in two weeks or two months from now They are out of their minds if they expect this to reduce the problem. read more

Jessi arrived with a fantastic, positive attitude to make our home as free of pests as her own! Her vivacious spirit brings a level of customer service like no other! So glad Jessi is our personal tech!! Accel should use her as the corporate trainer on how to provide expert service. read more

Mac was exceptionally professional and his technical expertise showed as he took great care to make sure I understood the process and products that were to be used in this project. The project took more time than was originally estimated, but he and his assistant powered through the cold and tight spaces to ensure the encapsulation was completed in a most professional manner. Mac's passion to ensure the job was complete to my satisfaction was apparent, and I definitely recommend Accel to anyone who wants a professional organization to take care of their customer's pest control needs! Hooyah Mac! read more

Nice guy, very efficient service - always a pleasure to do business with Accel! Haven't had any bug issues since we started this service.

Mike V does a great job, but also really seems to CARE about keeping my house pest free. He asks questions about what is going on, how things went since last time, if there are any new issues, AND he proactively takes actions to address problems that aren't really even "problems" yet. I refer others to Accel because Mike V is so great! read more

Bear mind, I only received a quote but did not use their services. I had high hopes when I called on the phone and they were able to send someone out the next morning. He arrived right on time. He was in and out quickly. For me, we decided to not use them because he didn't take the time to explain the issue and the treatment. He seemed overly confident without providing sufficient information. We wanted to know what the protocol would be and why but we had to ask all the questions as he had seemingly one foot out the door. We recently moved from the DC area and had pest control there. I was very surprised to find their rates to be much higher than we were paying previously. Again, no issues, and we didn't use their services but the quote was underwhelming and pricey. Thankfully we set up another company to come out later in the day and they provided much better service and information at a significantly better rate. read more

Sean did a great job. The past two times the prior tech came out but was not able to preform the outside due to the rain (not her fault). We were seeing our wonderful water bugs aka Cockroaches in garage and our sun room. Many outside and they came back out and treated again. Overall Accel has been a great addition to our monthly routine as well as the friendly staff. Have a great weekend. read more

I've had my home for about a year now and one of the first things I did was set up a pest service. Accel Pest came recommend from a friend and I've used them ever since. My technician is Jason. He works with my schedule, that's ever changing. Recently with the weather change I heard something in my attic and freaked out a bit. I called Accel Pest and my technician was at my home the very next day, checking traps, setting them up etc. Literally within a few days, the rodent was caught. For this being my first experience dealing with something like this, I'm thankful that I had Accel and Jason. They are very professional and Jason is extremely knowledgeable. I ask a lot of questions and he's able to answer all of them. If you're looking for a Pest Service, look no further. Check them out. read more

On time every time. Great service. I've been using Accel for the past eight years and I am completely satisfied.

Accell has been my extermination company since 2016. I moved into a property that has been vacant for a while. It has pest. Accell sent their representative Peyton came out and he educated me on the chemicals he was using, was careful with my pets moved my fridge to make sure he got all areas. Over the years , he has always been on time., if there was a traffic delay or a previous job took longer he kept me informed. When other tenants moved out, he made sure to take preventative actions to make sure I was not impacted. Peyton has a great personality and has excellent customer service. I'd give him 10/10 if I could score it. When my son passed away he showed compassion and concern. I truly appreciate and respect him for that. ACCELL YOU HAVE A WINNER WITH PEYTON. read more

Jason txted me when he arrived. i explained to him that our ATMOX inspector found a few dead rats in the crawl space. He removed all of the dead rats and since 1 was stuck in the trap, he replaced that trap and re-baited the others, he also filled the bait stations on the outside of the house, then sprayed high and low in the garage, cleaned cobwebs from the outside of the house that were not decorative. sprayed outside and inside of the house. Jason was cordial, efficient, and pleasant to speak with. He txted me when he was finished and sent invoices indicating what he accomplished. read more
