This is a locally owned company which is used by many people for residential, commercial, and agricultural needs. They serve a 10 county area in upstate New York and used by many home owners, farmers, trucking and contracting companies. "Big Nell" and the rest of the fleet and machinery of Ferrari Holdings uses this company.

The absolute worst business ethics and customer service that I have ever experienced. Rude and…read moreinattentive associates. No names were ever disclosed from any associates. They agreed to deliver a new tank and after the site survey and agreement to set the tank the following week, I heard no word back of a delivery. I called the company and they stated that they decided to not allow me to be a customer based on the fact I had a stove pipe attached to my house. I explained (like I did the week prior) I had an inoperable wood burning stove and they said that the owner still did not want my business. They never informed me that they were not going to set up my service. They also never had any intention of calling me to tell me they were not going to setup my service. The delivery manager informed me they are not obligated to inform potential customers whether or not they are going to get a tank delivered or not. At that point I was dangerously low on propane in my existing tank (which is my only source of heat). After doing more research, I found that they have removed there tanks from homeowners property without giving them any warning, leaving people with no heating source. This company is only worried about bottom line dollars, customer service is a CLEAR non-priority for them. Please steer clear
