I called all of the numbers, even the supposed "emergency" number and got no answer. I left messages on their voicemail and never got a call back from anyone. Meanwhile the inside of the house was getting colder and colder by the minute. When I was able to talk to someone in the office WEEKS later, they were *very* rude to me and put the delinquent propane delivery as my fault. Since that time, no one has been answering the phone, responding to voicemail or email. I'd rather go with electric heat than ever have these folks as a propane supplier.
