Because of their inefficiency they did not fully or properly load the truck forcing a second trip again wasting more time and money. We have moved three times with the same amount of stuff and the packing and unpacking took no more than three hours. The owner is rude and unwilling to work with me on a refund due to wasted time and damages. They were subcontracted to us and we were told by the company that subcontracted them that we would have to discuss a refund with We Get it Done, when we called the first time we were told by the owner that we had to call the company that hired them. Both companies are blaming the other and no one is keeping up the 100% satisfaction guarantee that is shown on the paperwork that was sent to us. This company is very unprofessional, rude and not at all concerned with the customer.

Swift Movers showed up a hour and a half wait. They wouldnt answer or return our calls beforehand…read more The movers dragged our bed frames across our hardwood (right in front of me!) and put permanent scratches in our floors on the second and first floor. Swift movers broke our daughter's desk, our dishes, and put gauges in our walls. They also ripped the trim out of our upstairs and didn't mention it to us. They ignored us when we told them about it and could care less that this may drive our buyers away from the house we moved out of. They also left behind two full pick up truck loads of stuff which didn't include our stand up freezer which we couldn't go back and get b/c we couldn't fit it in our car. Austin said they were coming with two trucks, but they showed up with one. Besides getting high every other hour in our driveway, they charged us $400 more even after we bought them lunch and gave them an $80 tip. After Loading from our old house, they disappeared for a couple of hours. The house they were meeting us at took them an extra 1 1/2 to make it too. Talk about a total disaster.
