We had such a positive experience with Debbie at CubeSmart. Moving things into a storage unit can…read morebe exhausting, but she made the day a lot easier. While we were moving in, she offered us water and checked on us several times to make sure we were doing okay and had everything we needed. That may seem like a small thing, but it really stood out to us. Debbie was friendly, welcoming, and attentive without making us feel rushed. You could tell she actually cared about how our move-in was going. It's rare to find customer service where someone takes the extra time to check on you after the rental is already completed. We were so pleased with the experience that about two weeks later we came back and rented a second storage unit. That probably says more than anything else about how comfortable we felt doing business here. CubeSmart was a great find, and having someone like Debbie there makes it even better. Thank you for taking such good care of us!

My only problem was I haven't rented a storage unit in a long time come to find out there are a lot of fees that you don't find out until you get ready to pay You have an administration fee for the unit which includes a new lock with a new key chain for $25.00 you do get to keep the lock when you're done with the unit also on top of the rental fee each month you are charged $15.00 each month unless you have insurance to cover it. Just a little heads up all the storage places should explain this on their website. Thanks Miss Becky have an awesome weekend!

***I strongly advise looking elsewhere for storage until corporate takes control of this…read morefacility.****** I've been storing my items here for over three years, and the property and staffing have drastically gone downhill. During my recent visits, including on September 9th, the property was in complete disarray. The access doors are constantly broken, and unauthorized individuals are actually sleeping inside the facility and storage spaces. When I finally spoke to the site manager--after waiting 30 minutes at a locked office--she admitted that she has had to evict homeless people who were sleeping directly inside the units. She made excuses that due to the area, it's very hard to control, and blamed a lack of posted signs for why she can't easily call the police. The office is rarely occupied, the doors remain broken, and nobody is actively monitoring the property. I am completely disgusted with management. Called corporate to complain and never received a return call back. They don't care

When we returned to pick everything up, we were horrified to find our belongings covered in rat feces, smelling strongly of cigarette smoke, and damp and moldy. No one should have to worry about their personal belongings being exposed to rodent waste or the potential serious health risks associated with it, including hantavirus. The amount of rodent feces and the unsanitary conditions are extremely concerning, and I believe the local Board of Health should be made aware of this potential health hazard. We trusted this facility with our daughter's belongings, and the condition we found them in was completely unacceptable. People pay for storage with the expectation that their belongings will be kept in a clean, dry, and reasonably safe environment--not returned contaminated with rodent feces, mold, moisture, and cigarette odor. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for storage.
