We do offer monthly storage with our ReloCube option. The rate ranges from $150-$225 per 30 days/container. The dimensions are 6' x 7' x 8' (lwh). We'd love to help with your move!…

Kudos to a careful and conscientious moving service. Great respect shown for all of my items and care taken not to damage them. Movers showed up promptly at the pre-arranged time, and leading up to the move, there were several communications to guarantee time of the meeting and the plan. Upfront communication of pricing, expected services to be provided. Nate was always immediately available by either text or phone. I plan on using this company again when I move away from the Syracuse area as part of a planned move in 2018. While I did see other moving companies online with competitive rates, the difference in price was small and the service rendered by this company would be hard to beat. Very pleased with no regrets on this transaction.

The crew was personable and clearly had work ethic and rapport with one another. After a truck trouble delay (not their fault) the 4 guys got right to work with Nate directing the furniture/box Tetris. They respected my belongings (wrapping delicate pieces and watching tight spots) and didn't complain about the stairs or heavy-ass Peloton bike. Loading up always takes longer but the team powered through and emptied the truck quickly at our destination. They even took a moment to celebrate my awesome new basement. Nate quoted me on the high end and came in under budget (which I appreciate much more than the reverse situation!). Have already recommended Mountain Movers to my network.

I lucked out with Reliable Movers - not only were they responsive and willing to book me from out of state for a move-in to a place with multiple sets of stairs, when they arrived they were helpful, friendly, and even prevented some damage that would have been done because of the way my outgoing movers packed my truck. They took great care with all of my items, got everything to exactly where I asked it to be placed even though I was stuck outside with the truck providing information, and got it all done in record time. The crew that showed up on move-in day were about twenty minutes early, after checking in with me via phone and text. Everyone was helpful and courteous. This was an excellent moving experience and I will be hanging on to Reliable's contact information for my eventual move to another location. The price for unloading into my new home was great, especially given the stairs involved. No one likes to make furniture go up narrow stairs - Reliable's crew made it happen quickly with a clearly practiced pace.

How dare you as an owner try to stop a real review. It was four items not two. If you give a review she doesn't like she will discredit you and drive you nuts. She didn't give me a credit the mover did because I complained about the price being so high for 20 minutes worth of work On top of being late.

They also called me the morning of my move to let me know the team would be late, though it was within a reasonable time frame. Once on site they assessed what they had to move and then kept one person at the truck to direct the loading while the rest of the team got to work. I lived on a third floor walk up with weird corners and had some heavy furniture to move, such as a pull out bed couch. They handled what I had thought were hard or heavy things with ease. Talking to the team I learned one of the guys had been a mover for 40 years! Talk about experienced! They were used to moving multi-room large houses with much heavier items. The load out was the longest part of my move and load in went fast. Price-wise compared to other companies I looked at they were among the most reasonable. They base their estimates off of time and the final move cost was true to my quote.

Where do I begin? when they picked up our entire life/home…read morefurniture they seemed great.... so great we gave them all a good tip, fed them and kept water cold in the fridge for them the entire day. Then the nightmare began... for starters, they brought the wrong size truck to begin with and couldn't fit our belongings and had to come back with another truck the next day. We shrugged that off because- hey mistakes happen. We began our decent a week later to SC and it was agreed that they would store our things and drive it down on our move in day. we got a call at about 1030 pm the night prior that one of the trucks wouldn't start and they could not deliver our things.. mixed messages and lies about that for two days.. the owner didn't even call us himself but made the employee call us. two days later after arguing with the owner to find a solution as he doesn't have his own trucks...or things arrived in SC- half missing, half mangled! Ripped sectional (huge expensive sectional ruined), broken tables, dented stainless steel fridge, nicked furniture everywhere, missing items (too many to list), boxes full of broken things (and I bubble wrapped the h*** out of the things, boxes marked fragile stacked so high they were like the leaning tower of Pisa, I could literally go on and on... the workers didn't even unwrap items or put them where we wanted them. They just ate our food drank our water and didn't care. THEN- the truck broke down in our driveway and we had to help them fix it to get it out of there. Workers had no tools with them even though part of the $$ is reassembly, so- they helped themselves to ours! Mind blown. If it were up to me I wouldn't have paid them anything! Lucky for the owner my bf insisted because the owner imo is way over his head with zero clue how to operate a business. PS the owner told us while we were inquiring about when our stuff would arrive that he thinks "the competition is trying to sabotage him because things have been missing from the warehouse.." ummmm you're doing a pretty good job of sabotaging yourself JR!
